The driver responded to the instructions by the front door (I was out) about where to leave the package. The five-drawer desk box is ideal and nothing was damaged in transport.

The order arrived damaged and 25% incomplete
The order arrived 25% incomplete, apparently from partial theft in transit, and the 75% delivery was damaged before arrival. On the upside, the after sales service was excellent, although a replacement delivery cannot be made for an estimated 3 or 4 weeks.

Stock check and honesty.
I have been looking for a particular calculator and the exact one was shown on the website. Before ordering I checked and was informed that it was the correct calculator, I was guided through signing up and quantity discounts, I placed the prder but was emailed back immediately to be infirmed that the item would be substituted. I then cancelled the order and the transaction didn't go through. Still trying to find the calculators, but thank Winchester for their honesty.
