I first viewed the services they offered with skepticism, only because of the increasing online scams but once I submitted the claim was astonished as to how quickly I received the refund cheque.

Although I think the charges are too high, 35% +20%vat, I found the staff very helpful and I was told my payment would be transferred within 10 days.
I received it in 3 days!

35% fee off the top then 20% tax on top off that. That has taken almost have off the refund off me for your charges.Not a quick service and massively too expensive at 35% fee. Will not use again

They was alright got me a refund as hmrc sent you a letter about tax and pension only i got a letter from HMRC that i owed them nearly a grand have to pay by 1st may 24 as i cant do that so i got another letter stating that they owed me which i got last week
Dont suppose you can get me another big refund no only joking .

I admit to being dubious at first. I work in financial services and am acutely aware of scammers after peoples money. However I checked then out and submitted my claim. The communications from Winchurch has always been prompt and professional.I got an email a few days ago and my cheque arrived this morning. I’m not rich but I am richer than I was yesterday 😂.
