10/04/2024 Update. Turns out my battery hasn't come due to it been out of stock yet they took payment fine, I agree avoid this company at all costs.

Totally agree with a previous gentleman's review in when anything goes wrong lookout! Purchased a new controller from them which arrived promptly but wasn't the part that was advertised. They sent out a BSW instead of KCQ unit which looks similar but when you examine them closely they are not. Informed the customer complaint department, who were great at first explaining to me where and how to return it, which I have done but here where it goes wrong. They informed once they receive the part and examine it, it will take 3 working days to receive the money back into my account. Its now been 8 days and still no refund and no response from them either when I try to contact them. Therefore I wish that we hadn't purchased the scooter from this company in first place and hopefully you don't need any spares has the ones you require are kept in Europe and they aren't available only the BSW parts which are kept in their UK warehouse.

DO NOT buy anything from Windgoo
First and foremost, I am Chinese by ethnicity, Malaysian by nationality and have lived in the UK for the past 34 years. If you can't get your head around that, don't worry about it, I am just as confused! This product is manufactured and sold by a Chinese company and the Customer Service is run by the same company ( I can tell from the grammar in their e-mail!). Chinese companies are driven purely by profit, often to the detriment of quality, and sometimes, safety. How else do you think China became the economic power it is today?
I bought my B20 in November 2023. It was for the short journey, approximately 1 mile, from my partner's house to the nearest charging point for my eV (doing my bit for the environment). Almost all of that journey is on relatively even cycle lanes. 3 weeks later, the same B20 was on offer for £30 less. I rang Customer Service, offered to return my B20 and re-order another at the offer price. They offered to credit me with £30 instead. Result! I was impressed with their proactive approach. As a result, I was repeatedly asked to write a review of the product (which I am doing but they may wish I never bothered). Unfortunately, that was when it all went downhill.
By late January, the B20 developed a fault. It was as though the motor was applying the brakes to the rear wheel - that is the best way to describe it. Whenever I turned the main power switch on, it became impossible to pedal. With the power off, the rear wheel would happily spin but the moment the main power switch was turned on, the wheel would stop spinning and the brake lights came on! I explained this via e-mail to customer service, answered their diagnostic questions and even sent a video. After much toing and froing of e-mails, the fatal diagnosis was a rear motor failure. Before I knew it, I was told a spare rear motor was dispatched. And sure enough, a brand new rear wheel (without the tyre) arrived a few days later. When I e-mailed to ask what I was supposed to do with that, I was told that is what a lot of their customers do i.e. change the rear motor themselves! (which tells me this is a regular fault which they have not bothered to fix for the sake of profitability (see above)). And attached to their reply was a YouTube video on how to do just that.
Now I am a relatively intelligent guy and am quite handy at DIY but I am no engineer or mechanic and I certainly would not like to be liable for any damage when attempting, what I can only describe from watching the video, a pretty complicated procedure. After all, it is not a cheap piece of machinery (even with a £30 discount). If you bought a motorcycle or a car and something went wrong, would you accept it when they send you a part and say, "Here is a spare engine, crack on?" I don't think so.
I replied to their e-mail saying just as much, asking vehemently (but politely) that they make good, replace or refund as per my rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. As of today, a week after said e-mail was sent, I have heard nothing. I will update you if and when they do.
So, unless you want to spend a lot of money on a shoddy product made by people who are only interested in your money and will not be interested when things go wrong, go and spend your hard-earned cash somewhere else! Let's see if they post this review.

very poor if anything goes wrong
I bought the E20 which arrived 6th December 2023. worked great at first, I was very happy with it. Unfortunately, after a couple of weeks, there was a fault with the controller which stopped sending power to the motor.
I contacted Windgoo customer services, requesting instructions for return. they told me to take it to a local bike shop for repair and they will reimburse me for reasonable costs.I took it to a bike shop where it was diagnosed with a defective controllerwhich needed replacement, as it could not be repaired. The shop said they can provide a compatible replacement controller, but it would have to come with a display, for £150.
I relayed this information to Windgoo and they replied that this was too costly, and said that they will get their UK warehouse to take a controller from another bike and send it to me.
I have now waited over three weeks, and sent a couple of emails to request a timeframe for delivery. as yet I have had no response. It doesn't look like they are going to send a new controller, nor are they answering my question for returning the bike for a refund.
I would tell anyone not to buy a Windgoo product. They are great while they are working , but if anything goes wrong, the customer service is useless. I joined the UK Windgoo owners page on Facebook, and found many stories like mine.
I have now sent details to Trading Standards, and am awaiting their reply.
UPDATE: You will notice that Windgoo replied to this review, requesting that I contact them. I did as they asked, but they have still not replied two weeks later.
This is further evidence that they are useless when it comes to customer service.
I am now waiting for further action to be taken against them by UKICC, part of Trading Standards.

Outstanding for me. This is based on service as the product is a Christmas present.there was a sale on the bike, I then got a code for an extra 5% off and the bike was with me within 3 days. Doesn’t get much better than that !!! Well done !!!

Zobrazení produktu a ceny.
Zobrazení produktů na stránkách je neúplné, až zavádějící. Takže se lehce spletu v tom co vlastně nakupuji. Ceny taky vysoké. Například jsem chtěl zadní blatník na Windgoo M12. Podle obrázku komplet se světlem a hákem, 20 euro. Skutečnost je taková, že blatník je za 20, zadní světlo 25 a hák 20 euro.
Naopak musím pochválit podporu na e-mailu. Poradili, vysvětlili.
The display of products on the website is incomplete, even misleading. So I get a little confused about what I actually buy. Prices are high too. For example, I wanted a rear fender on the Windgoo M12. According to the picture, complete with light and hook, 20 euros. The reality is that the mudguard is 20, the rear light 25 and the hook 20 euro.
On the contrary, I have to praise the email support. They advised, explained.

Having a problem with b20 bike
Having a problem with b20 bike. Have the bike a year and had no problems but now when on electric mode the pedals are going around all the time. I sent loads of emails regarding the problem as it is still under warranty but have not received any reply.

Terrible
Terrible, don't buy anything from them. The bike is terrible, doesn't work. There is no difference with pedal assistance or without. Does nothing and when i wanted to return it, no coöperation, even when they have 30days return policy. Now i send it back and they clame they didn't receive anything when the tracking shows it is deliverd.
