If I coild give zero stars I would. Windice.io completely robbed me! I made a deposit yesterday and when the deposit was confirmed, it was for half the amount. Escalated to customer service and they said they couldn’t do anything so I figured I’d give it one more try (stupid I know) and see what happened. I made a second deposit today and it happened again, only got half in my balance. When I tried talking to them again, they completely gaslit me and said there was nothing they could do. Whatever you do, do not give them your money!

Moderators are unwilling to communicate, unreasonable, and unpredictable when it comes to how they approach problems. They’ll ban your account without warning and turn a blind eye to even their HIGHEST ranking vip players. Starting a bonfire with all of your cash would be money well spent compared to making a deposit on this platform. 👌

STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES. BANNED ME AS SOON AS I HIT A WIN THAT DOUBLED MY BALANCE TO NO MORE THAN 250$. The person who introduced me and referred me to the website (Diamond (Highest) VIP and wagered millions of dollars) went and talked to support to ask them why I was banned from the platform and they just went ahead and banned him as well without giving either of us a reason. They will NOT hesitate to remove VIP players from the platform without any care regarding the funds that were deposited. STEER CLEAR. If they are willing to go to such lengths to avoid paying out a $250 win, I can't imagine what they would do to avoid anything larger. The owner may be reasonable, but the moderators are unpredictable and themselves are not moderated.

There is so much wrong with this crypto casino. First, let me say I have been exploring crypto casinos now for about 4 years and this place is a mess. The chat is highly regulated, mods have hairpin triggers when it comes to bans. You mostly only acquire their in house coin named WIN, kinda ironic considering it has no value and therefore you really aren't winning anything. The games they have can pretty much be found anywhere. They have someone playing music on their russian radio site, a mix of all kinds of things from 1982. The last straw for me was when a mod decided to ban me for typing TYTY when I was telling someone thank you, apparently I was using Caps and that will not be tolerated.
The benefits are minimal, leveling takes years and your time is better spent just getting crypto from faucets, and listening to bitcoin podcasts on the Fountain App that pays you satoshi's for listening, just my opinion, Good Luck no matter what you decide.

Its the same as the rest of them 🤷 logically and realistically fair yes but NOT provably fair. It's not Provable if the stats don't match the stated odds within reason. If you wager in the center of your funds yes it will match but if you go low it will be more green if you go high more red it won't stay 50/50 so it's not Provable at all that's just a bold face lie. You can say it's logically fair or realistically fair but it's not probably fair that's a proven fact. And technically not a casino either they should be called skill gaming sites. But they say provably and casino because it gives people a sense that they have a better chance to win.
