Would be a zero of if I could.

Called on 6th January and clearly explained my problem. A tilt and turn window had been shut incorrectly so was shut at the bottom but the top was still open.

After checking engineers diaries the first available appointment was 3 weeks later on 27th January. Not perfect but the window needed fixing.

Just received a text (not even having the decency to call) cancelling the appointment “as we believe we will be unable to help with this type of window”

I contacted Window Medic after being given his name by Eurocell Roundtree Way. I made an appointment and he turned up on time. He said he could do the required work and would give me a price the following day. A week later I’d heard nothing so I rang and spoke to a lady who told me he was waiting for a price on some parts. Well, cutting it short, several calls and emails, assurances that he would call and 12 weeks later I still haven’t had a quote. So I found someone else who came and did the job within 2 working days of me calling them.

I can not recommend Terry enough from my experience
When I first moved into my house 3 years ago I had 2 faulty windows and Terry came to view on time and sorted both issues within 5 minutes when others had visited and been stumped by the issues. He didn't charge me as only here for minutes which was very much appreciated. He came today to fix my back door which hasnt locked for some months now and identified the lock as the issue and replaced it onsite without charging the earth. Highly recommend

This business is unreliable. I had an appointment and waited in all morning for Terry but he did not turn up. Two phone calls and two emails have not produced any explanation or apology.
