Would be a zero of if I could.
Called on 6th January and clearly explained my problem. A tilt and turn window had been shut incorrectly so was shut at the bottom but the top was still open.
After checking engineers diaries the first available appointment was 3 weeks later on 27th January. Not perfect but the window needed fixing.
Just received a text (not even having the decency to call) cancelling the appointment “as we believe we will be unable to help with this type of window”
