Terrible experience.

Terrible experience.

I purchased two products from Window2print and the experience was extremely unpleasant. Their communication is poor, they don’t explain anything to the customer, and they only raise problems instead of helping.

I requested a refund to avoid further complications, and I’ve decided that I will never buy from this company again.
In addition, they display prices on the website that increase at checkout, they charge VAT when they shouldn’t (as it is an intra-community company), and when we ask for clarification or a refund, they simply ignore us.

I do not recommend them to anyone. Cheap ends up being expensive, and in this case, it comes with headaches.
