Messy
Email to them about lost my window keys and ask for advise. They call me back saying that -- We have a set of keys for different makes/ models of handles that we could try and if any of them work then we could get copies made. So we made an appointment on 18 April 12:30. I have to make myself free and wait at home and a man called at 11:13 and tell me they don't have any "set of key to try". Lock must be replaced. What is their plan? Push me to change locks with them?

Excellent work carried out for my 82 year old mother. Very polite and courteous and tidied up after.
Went above and beyond their job as Mom had a fall whilst they were there and they tended to her and made sure she was ok. Very reliable and trustworthy to have in your home.

Honest and reliable
Honest, reliable and very helpful. Rob repaired a UPVC window in my kitchen that wouldn’t open. Issue with the handle. Would definitely recommend. Too many charlatans out there always trying to rip people off.

Don’t take your business here. Very rude to deal with. Told the primary school I work in to not contact him again as we had a delay with payment. I will be spreading the word on social media outlets also. Very unprofessional

Problems with UPVC door letting in rain
Searched for a company to fix my UPVC front door which, when it rained heavily, was letting water into the room and soaking the wooden flooring. Window and Door Surgeon came the next day following my phone call, fixed the problem and adjusted the hinges, etc. on the door for me in about 15 minutes. Prompt, friendly, efficient service and reasonably priced too.
