Oh my goodness – these flowers have changed my wellbeing. I'm always happy when I look at them. They make me feel good. We are really enjoying them and they get a lot of attention from passersby. I'm going away June to August so won't need any blooms then, but I'll be placing another order for September as soon as I'm back. Thank you so much.

I used to buy from this company when they only delivered within the m25 there were issues but nothing too bad. As the company has grown the quality and design has got worse and worse. I order a specific window box on a whim having some reservations as I’d stopped previously twice before dues to quality and lack in design that I could have quite Franky put together myself. And lo and behold the planter turns up missing the one flower that you can’t just go into the garden centre and get the ranunculus instead replace with a very COMMON GERANIUM! You can get these everywhere I fact I could probaly easily seed them myself… so when I raise this with franny one of the company’s founders I’m pretty sure she states we do say not all flowers may be available and you can have 20% off next time! I will never waste my time and money on this company again.

We've been so happy with our orders! This has made a world of difference in the time it takes to refresh the window boxes at our office and keep them looking welcoming and lovely. I've been really impressed by how hardy the plants are, too. After receiving our spring refills, we moved the winter blooms into our back courtyard as they still look great. One of the best tweaks to our maintenance routine that we've made in a while.

This service has been brilliant for me - time saving and reasonably priced. I like the choice of blooms and easy disposal of one ones.

Just wanted to update my experience by saying how nice the Moonbeam arrangement is. It looks very seasonal. I am in hospital at the moment and the photo sent by my friend of the latest arrangement made me feel so much better.

Great idea and product execution is great. I’m 3 seasons in and quality has been great.

I have been receiving deliveries from Window Fleur for at least a couple of years now. Its great idea but the quality of the plants is inconsistent and my recent summer display lasted less than 6 weeks. I cared for my plants as instructed but they looked nice for probably just 2 weeks then deteriorated quickly. I threw them away after 6 weeks leaving empty boxes until my next delivery in another 6 weeks roughly. They offer a replacement service at an additional cost which I am unwilling to pay. The plants should last until the following season. Gonna see what happend with the Autumn ones then cancel if the display does not last. This has been a problem for almost every other season and is not acceptable as they are not cheap.
Also would like my delivery in boxes again if possible as the Driver now just leaves them on the door step if I am not home and they do not arrive in peak condition from Day 1. it looks like they are thrown around in the van.

I got my first Window Fleur delivery this summer and I am so pleased with them. They arrived quickly and just look so good on my windowsill, they make me really happy 😊
I am in Scotland and they arrived in great condition.

I've only had two boxes so far but I am really pleased with them. The plants come in a bag so it's very simple to replace the old plants with the new bag. I planted the plants from the first box I received in the garden when my current bag arrived and have had an unexpected bonus as they have continued to flower.

With the dry weather that we have had, I'd also praise the bag material and compost. I've found that the flowers don't need to be watered every day, which is great. You do have to dead head regularly if the plants are to keep flowering for the full three months before the next box is due.

Having been with Window Fleur for a year, I’ve enjoyed receiving four beautiful seasonal window boxes. Although my last delivery was slightly damaged due to transport issues, Window Fleur promptly provided a replacement. The service is fantastic, and I would highly recommend this company for their gorgeous flower selections.

I ordered the small pearl whisper and the balcony box for it to go into, unfortunately there was issues with the delivery (not window Fleur's fault!) when I got in touch to find out what was going on and then to explain the damage that had happened during the delivery service 😔 Frannie from window Fleur was SO helpful and kind and really went above and beyond to help me resolve the issues that the delivery people caused! So happy with my order, the flowers are gorgeous 😍 will definitely recommend to my friends and family

Just received our second window box on the subscription, the first one was a wedding voucher and we decided to swap the next season to a bigger window display.

The process is super easy and flexible, the flowers last so long which is why we now have two different sizes. One more bay to fill in our window, it’s becoming an addiction but the changes in seasons and carefully picked plants make my life easier. Glad it’s now expanded so we can get it in Lincolnshire

We have subscribed and had the pleasure of receiving the spring flowers and they were absolutely beautiful and have lasted and kept flowering the whole time we’ve had them! The service from Window Fleur has also be great! If you are thinking about having a subscription of flowers where they send you flowers for each season of the year then Window Fleur are your people to look after you!

I love to support small businesses and real people where possible, and the Window Fleur team have really reminded me why.

I was/am very impressed with their customer service and was made to feel they had my best interest at heart. When a certain flower in the plant selection I had chosen wasn't quite up to standard, for example, they provided me with a great alternative and communicated this clearly and politely.

Plus I love the dog helper that occasionally pops up on their social media. He/she is gorgeous.

Quality and consistency!

We've been getting Window Fleur subscription boxes now for over 18 months and each delivery brings with it a new burst of colour into our small garden. The box hasn't aged at all, even out in the elements and the latest Bloom Bag is thriving in the sunshine!

Our hotel in Notting Hill, London, looked a bit sad from the outside before we started working with Window Fleur. Now we have fresh seasonal flowers, so not only do the photographs of the hotel for our website look better, we also have more walk-ins.
