Salesperson was great
Salesperson was great! Love the windows. However the guys didn't do a very good job of cleanup - leaving tons of screws and pieces of sheet metal under each window. I asked if they had a magnet they could use (or I could use) and they did not. The company should provide them with such. I have pets and didn't want a dog to eat a screw or step on the sheet metal. Also the 2nd day the guys hit my gate, damaging it, and didn't say anything. Overall good experience but some training needed on employees.

Installers are not experts and product is not quality.
First we have responded both verbally and in writing. We have zero communication back . We just received service to replace a dead bolt that was loose and had too much play. The service technician replaced and it is exactly the same problem. He said, I guess how it is supposed to be. We do not know still if that is correct.

Despite our schedule being delayed a couple times by it being placed on backorder, the process was smooth and the installers were courteous and professional. They agreed to add new screening on a window when we detected a slight flaw.

The installers were nice and on time. Buying the windows was easy. Their were only 4 guys working and did not finish until after dat at 8:30. I was told a full crew would show up. Bad clean up.
