The whole process from quote to purchase and install was easy. The quality of the windows is great and the install process and team was great. I would highly recommend.

My experience was a great one. The person the came to our house was very professional, polite and very respectful. The explanation of what was wrong and how to correct it was very helpful.

Really, nothing was done. The technician came equipped with his tablet, took a photo of both cracks and viewed where the installer forced another plug into it's hole and told us everything was fine and that the cracks caused at installation wouldn't void the warranty. That's all that happened.

The original order was changed without any direct discussion with me — specifically, a double-hung window was replaced with a picture window. This change eliminated the ability to open the window, which was the entire reason for my order. No price adjustment was offered despite the significant downgrade in functionality.

Throughout the process, there were multiple issues stemming from poor communication and lack of coordination between their internal departments. I made several attempts to speak with someone to resolve the problems, but no one followed up. The customer service was non-existent.

I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to quality work and customer satisfaction. Installation day went off without a hitch. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless once the job was done.

The crew arrived on time and ready to get to work. Friendly and hard working, each knew the tasks at hand and worked tirelessly to complete the job. Any requests were met with a yes we can attitude. The product looks great and my neighbors are all giving me compliments.

During installation, a glass pane of the window was delivered broken and was installed broken. I had to wait 4 weeks for this pane to be replaced; no apology from company, just stated that’s a part of the process with transferring glass. Next, there was so much miscommunication between the install team and what I was sold on from the sales team. I had to watch throughout the install and remind them of tasks I already paid for. After the windows were installed, I was told by the sales team that I don’t pay the remaining balance until the job is completely done. Well, it wasn’t done because I was delivered a broken glass pane. I had to go back and forth arguing with the install team and as a single woman with multiple men in my house, I no longer felt safe with this disagreement. The inside of my house was left covered in dust and drill shavings because the installers did not clean up inside after themselves. I was excited to recommend Window Nation to all my neighbors, but it was awful customer service. I called corporate and they admitted to knowing that there are holes in their sales process and communication with the day of installers. Again, no discount was given to me for the inconveniences. The local office in Atlanta is awful and so rude. The actual product is a great product, so it sucks to have to work with such terrible service people to get this product.

The crew that came out to do the work were the best! They worked well together and cleaned up anything that got dirty or left over from their installation of the doors! They also did everything that we asked for.

The entire crew was professional and quickly removed and installed our new windows. Window install area was cleaned up with a thorough instruction in window operation. We were exceptionally pleased with the price and experience with Window Nation.

The product is beautiful but the process is challenging. Not enough advice to the homeowner on what a mess to expect and how to protect furniture and personal items

Installation went great. Everyone knew their job and they knocked it out quick. Windows and doors look great.

I have had an issue since my windows were installed on 9/6/25. I have sent many emails and spoke to several CS reps who said they would have a sales manager call me with in 24-48 hours. I have not received a call as if yet. I have no issues with the gentleman that came and put in my missing screen. It took him maybe 5 minutes.

They really took extra time in working each window and the craftsmanship was excellent. They knew what they were doing.
