Overall experience has been great. There was a mistake on my part when ordering the windows but Shawn assured me they can fix it for me. The Salesperson, workers and follow up correspondence has been a great experience. Would give 5 stars but just not happy with how visible the caulk is around the windows. I was told this is how they caulk around the windows but I could paint the caulk so it is not so visible.

Tech was friendly and professional. Explained in detail the cause of condensation on my window. I questioned the discrepancy between the limited lifetime labor warranty my salesman, Keidon, emailed me in writing on 4/29/25 before my purchase versus the 5 year labor warranty Windows Nation emailed me after the purchase. He didn't acknowledge the discrepancy which was in black and white. However, I did contact the national service number and spoke with Serigne who told me a regional manager would call me back in 24-48 hours.

It's been over 2 weeks since I spoke with Serigne and no regional manager has contacted me. I've also emailed the national service department and my salesman Keidon 3-4 times over this issue over the past 6 weeks. Keidon finally called me back just last week and later sent me a text confirming the labor warranty is indeed 5 years not including glass breakage. In that text, he said I still have a 50 year warranty for the windows.
I responded the reason I bought windows from Windows Nation was for the limited lifetime labor warranty including glass breakage per his 4/29/25 email. I sent him a copy of the manufacturer warranty for the glass is 20 years i received after the purchase not the 50 year warranty he texted and promised before the purchase. It has been 2 weeks since that text to Keidon and no response. At this point, I changed my review from 4 stars to 2 stars. Future buyers BEWARE about any promise regarding limited lifetime labor warranty and 50 year window warranty before you buy from Windows Nation. I will update this review IF I hear back from Keidon or the national service department.

Excellent communication throughout both the consultation and installation processes. The window installation was seamless, and the quality of their products is great.

The sales rep was informative and friendly. The fitting was quick and no mess or damaged created . Even though a small mistake of a frosted rather than clear was fitted. The company was quick and easy to work with to replace it.

Great with communication and their HOA team was helpful! The crew showed up on time and made sure I was satisfied with the job before they left.
The sales person, Kyle was very patient with all of my questions and issues with unfreezing my credit!

The whole process was easy and professional. The windows arrived earlier than we thought. Customer service is excellent. The installation crew were really good. And tge windows are excellent.

I would really like to wait since I have more windows and sliding doors to be done in August. Company is very responsive until you pay and they do some of their job, then they are sometimes difficult to contact and not very good at responding to issues. Hopefully I will get to do a final review after everything is done.

The first bedroom window they installnot open one that was a communication error. When the first Window, technician came, talked about the business then talk to me gonna be two Window, then after that, when they came the measurement they made a one single window not open one for the safety concern. It is too bad so I’m really worried about it other than everything is excellent job

The team displayed professionalism and worked extremely hard to install all of our 30 plus windows in one day. Michael and team 2 were very attentive to our needs and invited us to ask questions about any part of the process. The windows look great!

The whole experience was great, and everyone was professional and these windows are awesome. I had a portable air conditioning unit upstairs it's now in the garage because my windows keep my air conditioning in. Could not be more pleased with my new windows.

Not sure where to begin, so I’ll start with the positive- the installation crew was amazing- on time, professional, cleaned up everything!

Now the other stuff. The sales pitch is long, which at least they warn you, but be prepared to spend over an hour. My sales rep was very knowledgeable about the product, but the first estimate nearly knocked me over. After all the “discounts” the price was under what I had originally budgeted, so I signed the contract.

Flash forward to the measurement tech, and he tells me two of the windows I wanted replacing are not in the work order. What?? I know 100% they were originally included in our discussion. No way would I replace all the windows but those two. I contact my sales rep and he says he can add them to the contract for another 2k (approximate). What?? I ask to cancel the order. But here is the issue. Part of the contract is that cancellations have to be made in 3 days. So in order to cancel, I will lose part of my deposit. Now I am stuck. Another rep contacts me and gives me a “best offer”, so I take it because either way I’m losing more money, and at least I will get my windows replaced.

Flash forward to day of installation. I ordered an obstructed view window for my master bathroom, which is located on STREET level, and the window they replace it with is clear as day. What?? I start calling and texting my contact and the quality control contact, Jeremy. No response. Keep calling, texting, emailing. Finally get a response that says they’re trying to find out and will get back in touch in the afternoon. No response. Next day call, email, text again. No response. What?? FINALLY after calling the customer service number and getting transferred three times, the rep tells me there is an open work order to replace the window. Why am I having to jump through hoops? Lack of communication is beyond unprofessional.
