The timing of install and communication from window works was great and i really liked the install crew however the stickers on my windows left a ton of residue and i had to use goo gone and SCRUB it off the windows.

Well windows were scheduld for April…
Well windows were schedule for April 2025 . But got pushed off because of wrong measurements so only 7 out of 14 were put in . That’s right the 7 other windows were to small ! What a joke ! So here’s August 2025 for the other 7 to be put in. This company has a complete failure in communication. Oh and they summit the completion of the job to the financial department for payment by forging my. Name before completion. I filed a formal complaint. Also Steve jones is a complete fail of a terminal manager .

Not satisfied with product all together.Front window screens does not fit as they should, I have to adjust them every day. Not sure if they are too short or what. So flimsy. Im not happy.

Be very cautious of the installation team I had was very poor
Very poor install waiting on parts for broken window pieces discovered today after a heavy rain that one of the windows is starting to leak overall I am not happy. I cannot recommend your company to anyone. I’ve been holding off on writing this review, but someone needs to get a hold of me.
