Seamless process from start to finish
We have been very impressed every step of the way. Anthony was extremely knowledgeable and professional at the sales appointment and called after the installation to check on our satisfaction, The measurement technician was right on time and efficient. Holly kept us updated on the progress of our windows, set up a convenient installation time and contacted us afterwards to see how things went. Although it was extremely cold and we had 10.5” of snow on the ground, the installers did an excellent job— they were very precise, covered the carpet, cleaned up afterwards and demonstrated how to operate the windows for cleaning.
We will be calling again in the spring and will definitely recommend Window Nation to others.

Clean up issues. Don't sign off until you inspect everywhere
The installation was smooth and the windows were a good value, except they left marks from the ladders on my siding and I have called at least 8 times to get them to come and clean it up but everyone just keeps putting me off.

Excellent measurement and installation crews. Customer service made it very easy when we made a change to our exterior color.
Installation crew explained their process and showed me the features of the windows. Crew covered everything in our home and made sure the area both inside and out was cleaned up.

Broken Brand New Sliding Door - Still No Resolution
We have had our sliding door for approx. 6 months and it has worked for about 1 month out of that. Continually when we have service requests to fix it after it breaks again they take weeks to schedule and the customer service line gives us the run around. The door still does not work.

The installation process was fine, but not happy with the company overall.
The installation process was fine, for the most part. However, one of our screens was broken, and another window jams whenever you try to open it. We paid a lot of money, but not for damaged products, and I've reached out to the company, but have yet to hear back as to when these things will be fixed.
