It took 3 months from order to installation. I was expecting that. The window was installed with a loose screen and the hoops I had to jump through to get that corrected were rediculous. I had 5 windows replaced by Lowe's a 5-7 years ago and not one of them needed repair immediately or ever for that matter. And dealing with a local company I can get in person service just by going in to the store. I don't have to rely on my phone (which was acting up) or go thru all the rigamarole of getting contact from a person who can actually help.

Started five star, almost six months later I’m changing to a two. I don’t think it will come as any surprise to any of the staff I’ve worked with. Sales team was impressive and kind at our initial meeting, even made an error (did not order one of the windows discussed) right at no charge to us. Initial installation was smooth and professional but one window was broken in transit. These things happen so it wasn’t an issue until it took me months of unanswered calls to finally place a customer service complaint and demand assistance from another manager. He again tried to salvage the experience and found out despite the previous manager telling me multiple times the window “should be on the next truck”, the window had never been ordered. He got it measured and ordered quickly along with the one they had to order from the original error-however when they were installed, the measurements were inaccurately taken or recorded because one of them was manufactured the wrong direction. It was installed as such and proceeded to leak the next week during a rain shower. Other windows were installed without screens and will need to be ordered now as well. The contractors have been kind and professional and do good work but the miscommunication and lack of response to my questions has been extremely frustrating. The branch could likely benefit from a strong woman leader to keep issues like ours organized and taken care of promptly instead of the experience we’ve had. Would recommend the product, but with caution that if you experience an issue past the sales meeting, you better be ready to advocate and follow up relentlessly to make sure you don’t fall through the cracks. Hoping the next trip to our house is the last for a while. We need six more windows and are postponing moving forward because of the time and hassle of this project.

We have anxiously awaited our two "new" windows. Several less informed window companies approached with "deals."
We strongly feel that "cheap is often expensive."

Overall, working with Window Nation was a good experience. We were surprised how many people/ levels of employees we dealt with.
We were talking with other companies at the beginning, so we were not ready to make a decision after the initial presentation/quote. A person we had not met contacted us afterwards with another quote utilizing various discounts. The new quote was much reduced, so we accepted a contract thereafter.
We are happy with the picture window, entry door and sliding door. They were all as expected. The team that did the installation was prompt, efficient, and accommodating. There were some issues with the screws in the entry door hinges. Several were not flush and a few were left broken off (does not interfere with door function). One follow up visit tried to address that. Broken stucco caused by the removal of the old sliding door was patched, even though we were informed from the beginning that that might happen and that would NOT be WN’s responsibility. We agreed to see to the painting of that patch. Another visit will be scheduled when sliding door parts arrive.
We would use Window Nation again.

My Window Nation experience was excellent. My sales representative was very communicative and kept me informed until my windows were built and ready for installation. The installation team were very professional and courteous. They removed my old windows with ease and installed the new windows that fit perfectly. I am extremely satisfied with my windows and my Window Nation experience!

Window screen was not the correct size. We did what we were asked to insure the right size but screen size was wrong.

I thought they were priced well. You have to plan for a 6-8 week lag time. The team was great. They were on time. Cleaned up well and left the job complete.
