Was short trim and sill boards, so the job couldn't be finished in one day. Had trouble rescheduling because you have to set the whole day aside. Then when it gets close, they send the specific time.
One window had a cracked frame, and the patio door had a dented rail that the door slides on.
The items were taken care of, but just took time. Settled for light finish on the patio door verses dark trim on the windows.

It went fast and they cleaned up very well.

Roger & Joshua were on time, efficient, and wasted no time installing the windows! They were pleasant to deal with! Everything was cleaned up and all windows were double checked before they left to make sure nothing got missed! Highly recommend them!!

They were so kind from the time the salesman came out. They were professional and clean.

There were no surprises. The installers cared about my home, cleaned up after themselves went above and beyond and installation. Just waiting for the gift card to go to the person who referred you.

One of the many problems got taken care of. We have 16 other windows with installation problems.

Price was better than the competition.

The salesman (Hayden) was pleasant, informative, and helpful. That part of the experience was fantastic. Overall the windows look nice and function well. The only issue that I have is one window has a safety pop out that doesn’t work as it should. I was not impressed by the crew working on my project. One member was using profanity and the two of them were arguing with each other throughout the job. The customer should never witness this behavior. The contractor broke a part of the J-channel and then just glued a small piece in when I complained about it, rather than replacing the J-channel. Luckily, I had photo proof that it wasn’t like that before the project began. I was advised that it will eventually fall off. Why would you not want to showcase your work rather than leaving the project looking nice?! Then, one window was not able to be wrapped to match the others, as the base was not appropriate to attach the new trim. I was adequately compensated for this issue. Finally, the keys to my new sliding glass door were thrown away. I was advised that new key or lock would be made and a service call would be required. When the representative came out, he did not have the appropriate replacement part, so we used an alternate part. He wasn’t even aware of what he was there to replace. My door handle is an antique brass and the lock he put in is a very shiny, polished silver. Needless to say, I am not really happy with the service. Would I refer my friends and family, probably not.

The installers were pretty terrific. They were knowledgeable and well organized. They clearly enjoy the work that they do. The best part was hearing them joke with each other and laugh. They did a great job from beginning to end.

order door waited 2 months move everything ready to have but in wrong size was going wait another month for new one had to but everything back cancel order very upset //////////////

. When the salesman was here he told us half the money down, and then we had 1 year to pay the other other half interest free. Windows were supposed to be installed in June. Come the middle of July they show up. No problems, installation went fine. As they were cleaning up, my wife walks in and says they want a check for the remaining balance. They made me feel like a bum as I didn't have that kind of money on hand. Scratched it up today and waiting for some thug to pick it up. Good times. Edit: He was not a thug.

Piece of flashing with Brad nails do wonders. Thanks again WN. I'll be calling them tomorrow and I'm sure they'll answer before the second ring. I'll be sure to keep everyone posted. I'm not one of these crazy costumers. I'm a Marine vet, blue collar worker. I want to share my experience so nobody else gets F'd.

The installers were experienced and worked well together. The windows make my house much quieter and have updated the looks of the house .

Very good communication! Project went a little longer than anticipated but overall, very happy with how everything turned out!

the only company who gave Vet and Senior discount to me also kept me up to date with each step with calls and computer updates.
