Great customer service. I had a few questions after the installation. They quickly contacted me to setup an appointment so that a technician could come out to show me how to operate the tilt in feature of the windows and identify a corrective action for the trim work that was not done to my satisfaction. They have worked hard to make sure that they have a happy customer and I appreciate that.

They came to fix my door. But needed more work v than they could do. Very nice to me.

installers came on the day promised and finished the job including cleaning up their work area and explaining the product to me.

My house is fairly atypical, almost no two windows were the same size or style. Now, everything matches.

Wonderful experience. We replaced all 39 windows in our home that we bought just over a year ago. They were original to the house and 20 years old. Many wouldn’t close completely and were inefficient to say the least. The crew showed up just after 8 am and finished everything with great attention to detail by 6 pm. With so many bad reviews of laborers these days, we were pleasantly surprised and absolutely impressed by the professionalism and quality of work they provided. Thank you to Mike and John in the Greenville office for making sure this was a terrific experience. We are looking forward to enjoying our beautiful windows and our lower energy bill!

Our experience with Window Nation, Greenville, was exceptional from the start!
The Sales Rep was knowledgeable and clearly presented the product features and the aesthetic options. No high pressure stuff!
Communication thereafter was great with texts and follow-up calls for measurement appointment, etc.
Windows arrived in perfect condition and were installed in one day by a super team of three gentleman who worked efficiently and neatly.
Wow, what a difference the new windows have made AND with a customer experience like one used to have in “the old days!” They did what they said they would, in the time frame they lined out, for the price they quoted. Sadly, that doesn’t happen era often anymore.
We’d definitely recommend using them!

Great crew ( 5 people) installed my windows, sliding glass doors and entry door in 1 day. They arrived on time. Their attention to detail was exceptional. They protected my furniture and floor with covers and cleaned up both during and after installation.
I must admit I thought I’d overpaid for my replacement doors and windows, and was having buyers remorse as others I spoke with who used different companies, paid considerably less. After seeing how hard the installers worked and how detailed orientated they were, I understood why the price was over $26,000.
The installers arrived at 9 am and left at 5 :15p. They took no breaks.
My parent’s words of “you get what you pay for” ran through my mind while watching them work. Also, the gentleman who had taken the measurements stopped by in the late afternoon see how the work was progressing. He reminded me of the Lifetime Warranty on Window Nations product during my lifetime. A definition bonus, especially as the sliding glass doors have built in vertical blinds( love them) which I’m thrilled to know will be fixed if they break under the lifetime warranty.

The workmanship

I had great customer service a knowledgeable installers. They did a great job cleaning up after installation. Highly recommend using Window Nation.

The installers were extremely good. They arrived on time and completed the job within the time frame I was told to expect. As an aside, we just had a technician from our alarm company in to make changes to our system due to the new windows. He commented, more than once, that the installation was very good.

Quality of windows is fine, installation went well. However they rescheduled the installation date three times. I signed the contract on May 13, windows weren't installed until July 16. First it was a delay at the manufacturer, then a screw up at the warehouse, then a delay in delivery due to the fourth of July.

There needs to be more standards (quality installations) between installation crews. One crew on the first day used a lot of caulk inside sealing the windows where as different crew the next day used RWD around the windows with very little caulk. This made for a nicer/professional appearance instead of a huge amount of caulk. This needs to improve and you need to come back and fix the rest of the windows.

The guys were very professional, although they did not speak English. This would be my only complaint.
