Customer service is terrible no return…
Products, installation, and Customer service is terrible. No return calls when requested. Wrong windows were installed and had to replace with correct windows. We were to receive a 100.00-dollar gift card for our sales call which we have never received. Installation crew was to have one worker that spoke English on the job and they spoke broken English. Was difficult communicating with the crew. Very disappointing experience and feel like we were way over charged for the product service and installation I would not recommend WINDOW NATION. Are last service call being 11/18/25 initial installation was in June.
Sadly, still not satisfied with the WIDOWS,

The installation team showed up on time and completed the job in about 4.5 hours. The put tarps down to minimize tracking in dirt. Overfall they were very professional.
The windows look great, the temperature distribution on the ground floor is much more even with the new windows and the furnace is working at longer intervals so farf.

Outstanding sevice and a great product.
They were very professional and had everything completed 2 weeks early. The installation was very good . Our installer really knew his job. After he was finished you couldn't tell he had been here, everything was cleaned up and removed. All in all a 5 star rati g for a job well done.

Starting with the salesman, he done a great job selling the product and selling the service.
