The technician who came to our home to do repairs was friendly and he efficiently swapped in a half-dozen latches. However, the main purpose I submitted a repair request was two windows that won't stay open due to broken coil balances. This was noted in my written request, along with the window model name and several photos of the issue. As soon as the technician walked in, he said Window Nation would need to order those parts. What the heck? If Window Nation needed more info or photos from me in order to have parts ready, all they had to do was ask! Now, I have to wait on the parts, schedule another repair appointment, and make myself available all over again. This could/should have been unnecessary.

Friendliness, helpfulness, professionalism. Seem to be very careful. Really appreciated their answering all my questions and making the whole experience better than expected.

This repair was requested to be done in January. It is now August.

The staff were polite and friendly and kept us informed of what they were doing and asked questions when they were unsure. They worked quickly but with care and all windows and trimming look great. They cleaned the work site up and took everything away.

The price, ease of scheduling and installers who were friendly, knowledgeable and on time to was inpressive. I gave 4 stars only because I asked for locking hardware and somehow it was overlooked but I got a call from WN and they said they'd make it right. The screen door track is plastic and I hope it holds up. And the 1.5% charge for credit card purchases is disconcerting, to avoid it you have to pay by cash or check. Other than that, I'm happy with my purchase and hope the door lasts a long time.

Window Nation technicians installed our 10 new custom made (we had unusual sizes for an older home ) windows beautifully. The team was courteous and professional. The new windows have made a huge difference in the light coming in and the aesthetics of the rooms. Great job!

Kitchen casement windows were manufactured and installed on-time and the installation techs did a great job. Love the new look and functionality of the windows. Nice to no longer have drafty, leaky windows.

The salesperson was knowledgeable of his product, was not forceful in getting a sales and was receptive to our budget. The window crew was a well oiled machine. They were professional doubled check our order and verified where all the windows went. From that point we never heard from them again. Installed 13 windows in one day, cleaned the the windows and their work area.

I researched multiple companies for a few weeks before I started requesting quotes. While not the cheapest, the sales agent (Daniel) presented a good case for their business. The warranty and the quality of the windows was the most attractive features. I was annoyed at the sales tactic deployed on their web site stating a 50% off deal of the windows cost, while the windows costs were nearly doubled to appear as a good deal. Daniel explained the 50% off was only for the windows themselves, not the installation. I presented evidence of their misleading ploy and provided the costs averages of the same quality window in this region, and they were willing to reduce the price a little. I explained if you stand by the quality of your product, no deception is needed. The crew came out and replaced 18 windows in 4.5 hours. They were professional, fast, and courteous. I just had them installed, so I don't know the impact on my cooling bill just yet, but the windows look great and my home looks better with them. I paid more than I wanted to (more than the regional avg.), but I cannot deny the quality work.

All parties involved were kind and courteous. The installers were early and completed the job with as little interruption as possible. The windows look great.
