Salesperson Michelle was great. Installers were professional. We waited a long time for delivery, but not unexpected. But the delivery was the wrong product and they installed the wrong product. We wanted triple glazed windows and they sent us a double. Now we have to wait again for the final product. Hopefully they get it right this second time.

It was a very stressful time because the seller and their installation office didn't deliver on what they promised: the installation would be completed in two days. It wasn't finished until Saturday, so we couldn't celebrate Thanksgiving because we couldn't cook. On top of that, all the window sensors were lost. The installers told me that you would be responsible for whatever Xfinity Home charged me to reinstall the missing windows. So, my experience wasn't very pleasant or enjoyable.

The employees were kind, accommodating and hard-working. That being said the crew were an hour and a half late from the scheduled time. The supervisor was there for 30 minutes till 10am and then left for what I believe was another job and did not come back till 4 PM. The two employees at my home sat for one hour after both of their drill batteries died. The supervisor came back at 4 PM and very shortly after that it was dusk. I asked if he would be coming back the next day since they could not finish the work in the dark and he said yes. The crew continued working for one hour in the dark with headlights and light from the house. I was not happy about that. The supervisor and one crew member came the next day to confirm that I was happy with the job. I told him that after feeling the windows, half of them had cold air coming into the house. They proceeded to strip and re-insulate half of the windows.
The final frustration was the salesman who sold me the product implied and did not confirm that my levelours would not work with the new windows. He said it was a possibility.
After sharing this story with my girlfriend who is a real estate agent, she said I was overcharged for those mid range windows, over $1000 per window. As a single female homeowner, no one wants to feel like they’re being taken advantage of and unfortunately, I feel like this was the case.

Install was great except they did not have our shutters. We've waited 3 months for windows and shutters and were originally told it would be 6-8 weeks. Also getting a new contract with a higher price. Will not sign. Not the price we agreed to.

Its was overall a good experience with Window Nation. We can already see an improvement with sun not coming through the windows and helping with regulating temperature inside home.

The window installers did a really good job. The salesperson, Morgan overcharged me $4,000. She did not match their competitors (Window World) cost. She indicated it was comparing apples and oranges. I only went with them for the life time warranty.

The customer service and follow up has been terrible. I have to constantly follow up to get an update on service request for my warranty. Yesterday, I finally received a representative name Tony that followed through and got me the help I have been needing and Window Nations needs more representation like him. He could hear my frustration and made sure to push things along.
I put a work order in and it took over a week for someone to call and schedule a tech to come out to just look at the window. The representative that day could not give me a time when they would be there so I could ensure someone was home. I had to push for a window of time. The tech comes out and he put things in his iPad and said if they had it at the warehouse it shouldn’t take long to fix. Crickets and no email follow up or anything on the status. I called the end of that week to get an update. The representative said someone from their department will give me a call. I called again yesterday a week after the tech came on-site to follow up again. That is when I spoke with Tony. He apologize and said sometimes the request just sit and it takes the customer calling in to get it moved to the front. I appreciate all of his help and getting things moved along. However, overall Window Nations needs help in the service delivery department. This has been my entire experience since I signed the contract to get the windows 2 years ago. I would never recommend their services to anyone because of this very reason.
