I would have given four and half stars because after paying so much windows was not cleaned. Installer said we don’t clean windows.

Having problem with newly installed…
Having problem with newly installed windows not closing properly. Service came out and ordered a couple new windows with different measurements. When delivered 3 months later, 1 window had a cracked sash and other 2 were made still too big. Hence Service had to reorder replacements again. Hopefully I won't have to wait another 3 months for replacement.

No follow up
My only complaint is no one from Window Nation came out to check on the progress or even after they were installed. The young men who put in the windows were amazing, but challenging to communicate with as only one spoke very little English. I thought I was buying from a family business, but in reality I was just another sale. Nothing matters now as nothing will come from this, but I was hoping for more. When you spend that much money, you would like reassurance. The young men were amazing, as per Window Nation, now I see they were done with me when I signed the agreement.

Custom service lacking
I did not receive a call the morning of installation before arrival when i swore i was told i would. I did not like the fact that the workers were not fluent in English - which made it difficult when I was unsure about the amount of caulking on my marble windowsills. Also, no one from Window Nation contacted me after until i contacted them. I would have thought my sales rep or higher up would have reached out to make sure all went well.
