Door was installed. Needed adjustments. Completed in a timely manner.

Great customer service from sales rep. He clearly went over the options and the benefits of each type of product. Excellent communications from rep and customer service for scheduling. Quick turnaround for manufacturing, delivery and installation. Installation crews were efficient, professional, and friendly. All issues were handled to my satisfaction.

Denny, Benny and their installation team did a thorough job from beginning to end. The entire house was covered with either adhesive plastic or furniture pads to keep it clean. The windows themselves look great and the glass is crystal clear. Everything inside and outside the house was cleaned and vacuumed at the end of the job

Job was completed in one day. Installer did an excellent job. Cleaned up and made sure I knew how to properly open and lower the windows.

My windows don't lock. They tried new sashes several times. Still didn't lock. 5 windows. They have replaced the whole window and frame, One window locks and 4 don't lock. I have been dealing with this for3 years. And the windows are on my first floor.

The windows look good and open and close easily. I am very happy with the windows. However the customer service was lacking. I called the company several times on a few issues. I was told I would get a callback to schedule the service. After a month I called a regional manager about the lack of service. He was able to have my issues resolved. My issues were ignored until the manager stepped in. The guys that worked on my issues were friendly and did a good job. However I am not sure if I will use this company again when I have more windows replaced.

Your sales people are very helpful and explain things in great detail. Your installation people are top notch. Your process is very organized and kept us up to date on changes in the status of our order.

The salesman was fantastic in his presentation. I never felt any pressure to make a purchase. As far as your installers they also did a fantastic job. I was really pleased with the over all project. I rate them well over 5 stars.

My experience with Window Nation was great!! Claudia the sales rep was wonderful and the guys putting the window in were excellent!! However, it was a little difficult to get in touch with the main local branch because you have to go through customer service who then has to transfer you. It was difficult to see when the crew would be there even though they give you a window frame. Other wise would definitely recommend them.

Crew arrived within promised time frame. Work was completed timely and everything was cleaned up and removed promptly. Crew was polite and friendly. After work was completed, showed me how everything operated! Would definitely refer them!

-Sales person worked with us to find a cost that worked for both Window Nation and us. He also made several recommendation on window type and sizes that we are both very happy with.
- They communicated with us often and we were always aware of order progress.
- They worked with us to schedule an install date after the order was shipped.
- We were contacted a day or two prior to install to confirm the date
- Install team showed up when expected. They did a great job 1) prepping house to keep dirt contained 2) answering any questions I had, 3) finishing the install quickly, and 4) noting that three screen clips were missing and making sure they were ordered.
- The Service team kept us informed of the screen clips and once they were received scheduling an install. Service person showed up during scheduled time and finished in a couple minutes.

Windows look great and it is really nice to be able to open and close all the windows in the house on those cool evenings

My overall experience with Window Nation has been wonderful. From the no pressure sales meeting to the timely and professional installation, to the customer service follow up thereafter, I grade them A+.

We had one of our picture windows installed upside down. Needed replaced. Long story short I had to cut the windows frame up to get rid of it! That is when I found that there were areas in the frame with NO SPRAY FOAM! So does the sister picture window that is in our living room have foam missing? You installed thicker weather stripping on the upper sash double hung windows. This repair did not correct the issue!

Workers were careful, courteous, cleaned up afterward. Overall professional job.

The gentleman that did the work was very professional and polite. You can tell he takes great pride in his work. The whole job went so smooth along with the clean up. Thank you for a wonderful job. We'll be a repeat customer.

Over all the guys doing installs did a nice job. However, I am not happy on how communication with production went. My living room window was the biggest and when windows were to be installed, I find out that window was never even produced yet. They didn’t even have it in warehouse! So we had to wait. I get it. There are delays…. It’s the bad communication that did it for me.

very poor service after installation of factory damaged window customer service very poor window still not .repaired would not recommend this company will take your money on your own after that also lost the payment check for the job had to reissue a check

Everything was great from Trevor in sales to the installers. The whole process was quick and easy. They installed 12 windows in less than 4 others. They were very friendly and kept my house neat. I highly recommend them.

Dave did a great job and was very personable.
