Window Nation - St Louis Reviews 

Quality doors were installed quickly and well. It just took a few visits to get the trim right. We ordered flat trim which the installed didn't bring on the initial installation. It took 2 or 3 additional visits for the trim to get installed. I would still recommend Window Nation to others.

Great communication and service. Fast, easy to use, cleaned up after themselves, and the windows look great.

We were satisfied with the price we got for our nine new windows. Follow up to measure was timely and happened as scheduled. Delivery of the windows from the manufacturer was slightly delayed. Install occurred on the 2nd scheduled day. Workers were on time, completed the job professionally and cleaned up all work areas. Very satisfied with our new windows!

Worked with us on costs. The 2 guys that came to do the install were great! They were courteous and what i can tell did a great job installing the windows.

So far the windows seem great, but the customer service stinks and the actual install isn't as good as I thought it should have been for the price. I also placed a warranty claim on 2 of the screens because they were damaged either during shipping or during installation. When I initially called I just was looking to get a question answered but was passed around a few times before I was sent to warranty. I had initially been told that the installation manager would get a hold of me I was told I would get a call 24 to 48 hours from him and then after the claim was filed I was told the same thing, but it has been 72 hours and 120 hours since I was told the installation manager would call. I wasn't counting the weekend. So in the end so far I'm happy with the windows but not with the customer service.

The quality of the windows is not good. The two of windows lifting ledge fell off. The screens are thin and one of them has a hole in it. The tempered glass windows were installed in the wrong spot.

WN was on time, took care of things we didn't even think about, cleaned up after themselves, they were polite and provided high quality windows and doors, which was what we thought we were getting, but what we received was far better! I highly reccomend Window Nation!

Mike, our salesperson, thoroughly explained the product and the installation experience. The installers were on time, worked hard, and finished quickly. We noticed a couple of imperfections that were addressed quickly. For the last few days, since the installation, we just sit and admire our new windows. They are beautiful and look so sturdy. We couldn't be happier. Oh, and the price was good too.

The installers did a great job. I do have one window that needs to be replaced because of a flaw and a screen that needs to be rescreened on a single casement window.

The crew arrived on time and worked straight thru until the job was completed. All were pleasant and courteous. Their clean up was impressive. We are very pleased with our new windows.

Window Nation window installation is complete and to my satisfaction. Jeremy, Mike and Gabe were friendly, polite and respectful. They explained what they were going to due and did it. They completely cleaned their work stations. I couldn't have had a better team. They're great examples for Window Nation. Oh, and my windows look awesome!

They were on time. Didn’t interrupt my activities at the house. The crew was short personnel so they had to come back the next day which I wasn’t ready for but I made it.
