The installation was done very well. The guys were very clean and respectful. They delivered the windows sooner than expected which was nice. The biggest issue we had was that they advertised that if... See more

Frank made buying new windows a pleasure. The price is fair and reasonable. I am a satisfied customer.

The sales rep was competent and pleasant; the scheduler was proficient and flexible; the installers were excellent and polite. In other words, from start to finish, Window Nation was excellent! I'm glad I chose this particular company to replace my windows.

The installers were very rude: needlessly leaving doors open the entire 6 hours they were working, letting insects come in, etc. The main installer with whom we communicated acted like a child, basically throwing a temper tantrum because he didn't have an additional outlet and had to get an extension cord. They didn't wear booties when walking through the house and were not careful with a gate we have downstairs despite our voiced concerns. The aforementioned installer also cleaned up via our main bathroom, despite still leaving a lot of dirt on the floor and in our bathtub and sink, and the caulking job was mediocre at best.
Windows otherwise seem correct and passed inspection. Sales representative was helpful and the financing option is very useful so far. The project manager never called back, however, despite the concerned mentioned above.

Window Nation was outstanding from start to finish with my window project. From my initial meeting to scheduling to install was great.

Consistsnt communication about what going to happen next. Excellent price for my pocket, and window install was fast ,easy and wonderful people working not smoking or talking so much. Im very pleased.

The windows are beautiful and the installation was completed without incident. The installation team failed to remove the stickers/labels from each of the 17 windows, however. And the labels are not easily removed, which means I have a difficult task ahead of me to remove them or to pay someone to remove them.
Communication with WN representatives prior to my HOA approving the project was pretty good. It has been anything but that since then, however. I was promised $100 Visa gift card if I scheduled my consultation to be held within 48 hours of my initial call to the company. I held up my end of the bargain, but WN has yet to issue the gift card to me or even respond to my inquiries about it.
My next-door neighbor had approximately the same number and type of windows installed by WN a few months ago. She paid over $8,000 less than I paid. She pushed back on the original proposed contract price and was offered a much lower price for the same windows. Shame on me, I guess, for not knowing the contract price that I was given was actually negotiable. Also, I do not believe that the “buy four windows, get four windows free” special was applied to my contract. Things moved so quickly with the whole process that I did not realize it at the time of signing my contract. I will never do business with WN again, as they seem to have questionable and deceptive business practices.

The initial presentation was good. The windows seem to be solid.

From beginning with Jeremy in sales to installation team and clean up it's been smooth sailing. Large kitchen window and 4 large windows on front completed in one day! Beautiful 😊

From the onset of this project it has been seamless. Gabe is friendly and informative, Amy friendly and direct and the team of guys who did the work were pretty incredible!
I'm very, very happy with the product and the outcome!
If anything constructive to add: I called and left a voicemail regarding a question and it was not returned. Also, one of the metal handles has a chip in it but a call has been placed for Warranty work.

Once Mike Vacarelli, the representative who initially came out to do the assessment and the measurement of the window…That is the only thing that went well. Soon after I was contacted via phone by window nation and a lady advised me the appointment would be between 8 and 10 AM on July 6. Then I was sent a text message from a contracted third-party installer named Edwin Zalano who said that he would be doing the repair repairs and would be arriving between 12 and 1 PM on July 6. A short time later, I then received an email from customer service from window donation advising my appointment would be 3 PM on July 6. There was no continuity in any of the scheduling and I didn’t even get a call the day of the appointment advising a rough timeframe that they would arrive. I understand the email said within two hours of the appointment, but my entire day was wasted. The installer didn’t show up until 4 PM and didn’t even call ahead of time. Even worse, there was some type of caulk stain that was left on the curtains in my son‘s bedroom, which I had removed and placed to the side, prior to the arrival of the installer. Additionally, a water bottle that was nearly empty was left in my son’s room full of some type of paint thinning chemical. It’s Completely unacceptable to leave this behind in a child’s room. Additionally, in our front yard there is 3 to 4 old screens that were left after the install was complete and the crew didn’t clean up after themselves. And to top that off, only one person in the entire crew spoke halfway decent English and didn’t even have any paperwork to show the work that was conducted and a contract to sign and a method of payment. This is not a good business practice. My wife was home at the time and the installer crew requested her to sign a blank sheet of paper for their boss, which was completely unacceptable and made zero sense.
I was contacted at some point on Tuesday, July 7 by the install manager for window nation for my area, who was asking me why I didn’t pay and I had to explain all this and send photographs of the problems that we had to deal with after the install crew left. There wasn’t an apology initially and I was contacted nearly a week later asking when a crew could come back out and clean up. Being a homeowner, thinking I wouldn’t clean up and keep my yard Presentable is absolutely absurd and to think I was gonna wait on a crew to come back out on their own time when I have a fixed schedule is unacceptable.
I would never use this company again.
