We were do very happy with the timeliness as well as the communication. Everyone was respectful and very neat. We expected a mess and there was very little.
The windows look great and we are very happy with the results!

We spent a long time on a 19-window purchase trying to find the right widows for our house. The rep we worked with was informative and patient as we worked to do our best to keep the price down without compromising the integrity of the products.
Best of all were the installers. They were helpful, knowledgeable, had great communications, and helped solve a number of problems that were above and beyond expectation.

The MOST impressive aspect was that the crew actually cared about providing 1st class workmanship.
Very careful to protect my wood floor with polyethylene sheet and cardboard (to prevent accidental gouging of the wood).
Super diligent about the fit of the frames/trim, and how smooth the sliders functioned and how tight the latch was.
Super protective of my staircase walls – removed hanging artwork, and nothing nicked my drywall -- “best practice” for 2 men to carry heavy old and new glass panels down/up the stairs.

Everyone who was involved in this project was exceptional. Shawn Kelly, my salesman, was so patient with my requests for documentation for my HOA Board. The installers, Marcos, Saul and Enrique were extremely professional and knowledgeable and very respectful of my home. Took pains with covering all my furniture and cleaned up after the installation. Patrick, the project manager, came in the morning to insure that all was going well and returned at the end of the day to inspect their work.
In one day I had four windows and 2 doors installed. Exceeding my expectations.

The job was ell coordinated and the workmanship was very good.

The doors are well constructed. I had to give it only 3 stars because the installation was rushed at the end. The person who came to check if everything was ok came too early, not giving me a chance to do a thorough inspection. There was a great deal of dust left behind, they did not put the furniture back, and the door squeaks. I had to move everything back and clean all the floors and I am not in the best of health. I have used Windowrama before and was never disappointed. I think the early appearance of the inspector rushed the installers.

Windowrama installed new windows perfectly. The installers did a great job. Office staff helped me work with the HOA regarding approval and other concerns. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful.

The windows were fine, the installers had to be watched every step of the way. They tried to use old broken trim on the outside, the inside window frame needed 5" trim and they installed 3" trim which would have necessitated a complete spackle job to the exposed unfinished sheetrock, then the sill was cut with a jagged edge. At that point I called Patrick to come over. He resolved it but it should have not had to come to that. The owner of the sub-contract company didn't show up once during the install.

Everyone from the salesman to the installer were great - very professional and friendly. Easy to work with. Replacement widows are so much better than my old ones!

Overall, a wonderful experience. Salesperson was upfront and honest from the start. Unlike the big conglomerates that give you one price at the beginning of the visit and when you show shock on your face, they suddenly are able to reduce the estimate by $2k! Ridiculous. Just give me your best price up front which Windowrama did. The 2 gentlemen who installed the window/door did a wonderful job with it all. They are clearly experienced and were considerate and professional.

From our initial consultation with Joe, to the day of installation with Chris, we could not be more happy with this entire process. Everything was thoroughly explained to us and everyone was so helpful and kind. We were nervous about having a new 12ft x 5 ft window installed in our older home, but everything was seamless. We are absolutely in love with our new window, the look and quality are amazing.
