I think like 2 years ago I briefly got in touch for a general quote. They then bothered me with follow up calls for ages. After feeling mildly pissed, I asked them to remove me from their list.

Now, a year later, the geniuses over in their marketing dept think that harassing people with ridiculous AI calls is the way to generate business.

I've reported it to the ICO because you're taking the piss.

If I have removed consent and blocked two of your different numbers, you can't just invent up another phone to call from.

That's unlawful practice and you need a new moron in charge of your marketing team.

Anyone else who's here after getting pestered. I encourage you to submit an ICO complaint. It takes 2 minutes and frankly, they deserve it.

NEVER contact this Scam unless you enjoy rebot calls every single day!

It's a Robot with voice recording messages that are selected by Artificial Intelligence (AI) software.

Politely say no. Forcefully say no. Swear at the d***ed thing. Next Day it'll call you again.

You cannot stop it. Even blocking the number doesn't work, as it's a false number. They're looking to sell your details on in another Fraud.

I got a very convincing robotic cold call from Julieanne - her company is Windows Recycling Scheme. A real disingenuous scam. She is a robot although when I asked if she was a robot or human she said she’s not a robot. It was a lead generation call to pass you to a glazing firm silly enough to pay for such hot leads. I didn’t ttust any of it.

Just had my windows done and they helped my nanny replace her windows too and even pay her contribution

I just wanted a quote for windows to see how much it would set me back but was incredibly surprised when I found out my heating bill reductions could cover it fully! And they gave me £2200 off the cost for my old windows! Would highly recommend

Nothing but great feedback for the windows recycling scheme, made the application, had a phone call the next day from such a friendly person who made sure I was informed of all the entitled help and even got me a same day free quotation. Wouldn’t recommend this scheme enough. Don’t doubt it until you try it because I’m now paying my windows off from money I was already wasting on my heating bills. Will be recommending this scheme to everyone!

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not contact this company unless you wish to be forever harassed!

I initially requested a quotation from this company but due to a change in circumstances was no longer in a position to purchase new windows. I explained this on multiple occasions to the salespeople who call me. I was offered a call back in 6 months which I declined saying I would contact them if I was ever in a position to replace my windows. Unfortunately I have been hounded and harassed ever since. At least 3-4 telephone calls a month for the last year, each time asking to be removed from their database and never contacted again. The salesperson either agrees to remove me or just hangs up.

I sent a Right to Object email under the GDPR regulations to request to have my details removed and not to be contacted again and was advised that the calls were coming from the local partners this company works with. I was then assured that the director had been spoken to and my details would be removed from any database. But 5 days later I get ANOTHER call from them. So now I’m making a formal complaint to the ICO.

I will never use this company. I’d rather smash my windows with a sledgehammer than recycle them through this shady operation!

the lad i spoke to on the phone was brilliant, really helpful and answered all my questions swiftly. i'm very surprised that no one else is doing this because the idea is amazing, ive managed to get new windows and doors and im using my heating bill reductions to pay the rest monthly after the discount i got on recycling so they're basically paying for themselves!

Very welcoming, would suggest for those who are not in the position to pay extortionate prices !

Amazing scheme really helpful saved me loads of money on my new windows and doors, the assessors were polite and efficient and answered any questions that I had when they provided me the quote.

Naively put my mobile number down about a year and a half ago. After some research, decided not to pursue any further.
Since that time I have had at least bi-weekly calls from different numbers about the scheme. I have totally lost count of how many times I have requested to be removed from their contact list - to no avail.
I STRONGLY recommend not providing your details unless you wish to be pestered continuously.
