VPS inaccessible No further response from support after 3 days

I have used this company for years and have had no problem. However, on Monday 20th January 2026 I attempted to access my VPS and could not get in. I kept getting other user. I immediately opened a ticket and they responded 24 hours after asking if they can reset the password. I have NOT heard from them since despite attempting to contact them many times. Today is Friday January 23rd 2026 and they have NOT responded. They normally update me through my email but I went further and actually checked the ticket and there is no update.
