Thank you Window Treat! We were initially hesitant, unsure about the effectiveness of these window films. We have a south facing conservatory that had previously been unusable for most of the summer due to the heat build-up in there.
We were put on to Window Treat by 3M as they are a licensed installer of the 3M window film range and this qualifies you for a 10 year warranty. Steve, at Window Treat explained how the window films work and the merits of the various options in some detail, providing a number of samples. Steve gave us confidence that were making an informed decision. We settled on 3M Prestige 40 Exterior Window Film, which Mike did an excellent job installing.
We had also approached other 3M installers but felt most comfortable with Window Treat and their great price!
We’ve had the 3M Prestige 40 Exterior Window Film now for over a year, and it has made a significant difference in reducing heat in our conservatory while sill letting in plenty of light. It has given us the use of the conservatory all year round, even during the prolonged heat waves of 2026! Window Treat were very accommodating on the scheduling for the installation, and we would highly recommend them.
