I just had my gutters cleaned for the winter. Although the technician was nice, I think they did a very poor job. They did remove the leafs which were actually in the gutters, but would not remove leafs on the roof just inches from the gutters. I asked if they could get them off as the would end up in the gutters from a slight breeze. He said something about a liability issue. What? He used a water sprayer to remove the leafs and splashed water drops on my front windows. I had to ask him to squeezey off the front windows. I called the office with my concern about not getting all the leafs off, and the women who answered the phone said the same thing about a liability issue. I requested a manager callback, and have heard nothing. I have had my gutters cleaned for over 20 years by other companies and have been satisfied. I did use Window Wizard last year and they did a good job, leaving no leafs close to the gutter. I won’t use them again if they can’t/won’t do a complete job. Very disappointed.

Very disapointing service. Rescheduled 3 times (weather etc), arrived late, sloppy work, missed 4 windows and damaged a window frame and did a 4 story house in less than an hour. Guys then sat around outside despite being asked about wiping between windows. Did discount but I am not interested in bady done, too quick work. (plus damage to a window ! )
