Excellent work from start to finish

Excellent work from start to finish, from initial visit by salesman Lawrence, through co-ordination with Charlotte in the office, interaction with the installers themselves - both very pleasant, quick, efficient and tidy - and surveyor Mike. And all at a reasonable price.
Thank you!

Amazing Company

We had some windows and bifolds installed in 2017. Our rogue builder had never ordered our windows even though he took our money and Windowworx came out and sorted them and were amazing and efficient. We recently had a leak from the bifolds (8 years on) and they came round as soon as possible to sort it out (no charge). Some of the drainage holes were bunged up so it wasn't a fault with the doors. They came round quickly and sorted it. The guy was very efficient and polite and the lady on reception, Charlotte is also lovely. I am amazed by the other reviews as they are one of the best companies I have dealt with over the years.

Avoid at all cost! We’ve had a terrible experience!

We have complained numerous times but we are still left with poorly installed windows and doors. The front door bows on a sunny day meaning that the lock seizes and we cannot get in or out of the front door. The rear sliding doors are not properly aligned and don’t seal or lock properly. Window units around the house have already started failing despite being less than three years old. Window Worx have failed to rectify these defects and have, at times, been difficult to deal with. We have therefore ended up seeking to resolve the matter via arbitration. I would avoid using this company!

What's not to like ...?

Placed order for some bifold doors back in 2022 for our conservatory extension that was about to be built : which went completely wrong. So contacted Windowworx and put a hold on the doors. No problem I was told. let us know when you want to proceed,
Over a year later, during which time they would kindly check how things were going, I contacted Windowworx to say we were `now ready for our doors, which were remeasured and checked for installation. Within a few weeks all installed and working perfectly, free running and airtight, and same cost as agreed in 2022.
