Windscribe s Garry helped me out with a 10play issue and went above and beyond normal trouble shooting. He ended up putting in a report to 10play regarding the issue. Yes I know that he is an AI bot, but he was good and funny.

I agree with other reviews. ChatBot Garry is a pleasure to work with. The Windscribe service has been brilliant throughout and ChatBot Garry is lightning quick to provide fixes to problems in complex setups. Definitely five stars from me - no hesitation and the personalised fee structure means you don’t pay for what you don’t need.

Security, Stability, Geeky options all for free. Works in hardest environments. Nothing comes close.

Also try Garry 2.0 If you have any trouble. I was surprised to see how much it was aware of Iran's firewalls and censorship. It's like god of network and Windscribe itself, which has uptodate news and statistics too

the garry ai is so useful you should install the app and plus if you also put ur email adress in the website it will give u 10gb of data. Simon.

Just started using it and encountered a problem. The AI Chat bot Garry was a surprisingly high amount of help. the extra snark doesn't hurt the experience either.

Well Garry has got a great sense of humor. A lot of intent was put into building it.

as a IT guy born in the 60s and an all linux user, i was suprised just how much i enjoy dealing with Garry. Another Bloody-Well-Done to the Windscribe freedom fighting crew. Outstanding work. Well worth my now 8yr old pro-subscription. Applications are clean and clear, service is outstanding (although healthy paranoia on occasional connections by you guys is fair but irritating), that said, Garry has the solution everytime.

I have been using Windscribe since 2018, and it has always met every need of myself and my family. I rely explicitly on its ability to block access to "inappropriate" web-sites, and I can see no reason why I would change to anything else - not even the free VPN that comes with Proton accounts, nor the Firefox offering. Friends have shown me what they use, and I found the advertising just too much. I'm also impressed with "Garry", their online help assistant: I ran into an issue with connectivity, was eventually led (gently and humorously) to an oddity that had developed on my PC, and the connectivity solution.

I've been using Winscribe since 2021, and for the first time since then, I got the right settings thanks to these guys, who help me all the way. They didn't stop until they made sure I had everything set up the right way. Special thanks to GARRY! @ the chatroom and all the engineers’ caffeine habits.

Windscribe has been one of those rare apps that actually lives up to the “easy to use” claim. Setup is basically: download, click a couple buttons- done. No confusing tech rabbit holes, no googling what half the settings mean.
Performance-wise, it’s been really solid. Speeds are stable enough for streaming, browsing, and daily use, and switching servers is quick and smooth. It just quietly does its job in the background without getting in your way, which is honestly exactly what you want from a VPN.

Now the unexpected highlight: Garry, the built-in support chatbot. I went in expecting the usual “have you tried turning it off and on again?” energy, but Gary is actually… good. Fast responses, clear explanations, and it somehow feels like talking to a chill support engineer who’s seen every possible mistake already and isn’t judging you for any of them.
Overall, Windscribe feels polished, reliable, and refreshingly simple. Between the effortless setup, consistent performance, and Gary basically carrying the support experience on his back, it’s easily a 5-star experience — with just enough personality to make it not feel boring.

Had a problem with password reset, and the response I got was very good. "Garry" was excellent (made a newbie like me feel like a seasoned user).

For a non-techy person, this was relatively easy to install, and GARRY, the chat bot is really helpful. I had problems getting on to my bank with the VPN switched on and with the use of GARRY, I managed it. The VPN was doing it's job, but the bank didn't like me having a VPN. I was talked though how to alter the setting to allow my bank through, and how to check it was working. Great piece of software!

My IPad dropped out all the time, but Garry fixed it immediately, thank you

I am very much satisfied with Windscribe and genuinely really like the service. It runs smoothly, is incredibly reliable, and does exactly what I need it to do.

The absolute best part for me was being able to lock in a discounted price on a permanent basis. That is exactly what I wanted, and I couldn't be happier with the value I'm getting.

Can't praise the service highly enough and better sense of humour than most people I know!

A little difficult to connect Wireguard on Arch (Maybe all Linux distros). Had to ask their AI-Assistant for help. Garry helped me tho, now I can use Windscribe with full force. Speeds are good, many protocols to choose from, latency is not overwhelming. Overall - 8/10
