Amazing chatbot

First time ever seeing such a responsive chatbot. Every answer was right on the question, it was a clear and useful answer. Nothing more to add, 10/10.

10 Years Strong and Still Going — Windscribe Rocks

Windscribe actually delivers what other VPNs only promise. I use it on my PC, phone, and even my Apple TV. It is easy to use. The 10 Gbps connections are beasts; my poor computer is the real bottleneck:). Easy setup, no weird limits. The AI support (named Garry) works very good, with straight talk, solutions and he has humor. Couldn’t be happier with it.

Used for 3 years

Used for 3 years, fine until you get a problem.

Don't even bother trying to get in touch, after multiple attempts with GARY and a support ticket due to a hacked account, I gave up and cancelled my account. DO NOT USE.

R>O>B>E>R>T is very knowledgable, snarky & a good mentor

R>O>B>E>R>T is very knowledgable. Helped diagnose & troubleshoot solutions until we found the correct issue & sloutions. As these protocols can be tricky with muttiple potential causes, its easy to get lost but 'he' kept order & allowed me to lear alot along the way. Many don't like his snarky manner & one liners, but that is my style anyway so I vibe with it.

Very quick compared to Nord vpn and…

Very quick compared to Nord vpn and always about 20% quicker for me in comparison to Surfshark.

The apps are a bit harder to get used to than the the above mentioned competitors, but apart from that the vpn connection is very stable, quick and has many options to choose from.

It amazed me how funny and transparent the entire website and how convenient the support AI is.

Small feature wish: Please implement the firewall or a classic kill switch on the Android tv app.

My favourite VPN tool for many reasons

First of all the app experience is fantastic. Clean, easy to navigate, intuitive.
Works perfectly on the platforms I use: Amazon FireTV, MacOS and iOS.
VPN performance is great for streaming HD videos. I like that it shows the latency against each server.
I love the humour in their messaging and server names.
And their support is responsive and I was impressed with the chatbot Garry at figuring out my questions and providing accurate responses.
And they're Canadian - so bonus!
