Took forever to dispatch and then just before they finally dispatched some of my items had then gone out of stock, so was missing the main item needed. Awful communication - took ages to reply to email (multiple days at a time) and no chance of getting through on the phone (never managed to get someone to answer). Finally dispatched my order after multiple emails and didn’t even let me know so had to contact again to find out! Won’t use again!

Have placed several orders and received excellent service from placing the order to prompt delivery. Range of good quality products and pricing is great and with special offers running its fantastic value.

Arrived on time and the cake mixes were double wrapped so the contents won’t spill out into the box if the packet gets ripped.

I visit Windsor cake craft store in Warrington most weeks to collect my supplies. Staff are always so helpful and friendly. Ordering and collection process is super easy and they have a great range of products to choose from. Thankyou

I ordered Tiffany blue sugar paste from you as I needed it to make a Tiffany & Co themed cake but unfortunately it was not the 'Tiffany' colour I expected. Had to spend some considerable time mixing a more realistic colour.
Must say, this was the first time I've ever been disappointed with an order from Windor Craft

There was a slight error but winsor cakes were on the phone straight away when I knew u had the wrong size cake .
They set the correct size down the next day.
They were very helpful with technical advice about icing the cake and whether I should freeze it .
I could fault the product. All three cake were moist and delicious.
Easy to handle and didn't break on transfer to the next layer

Got to admit these guys are pretty good. Well packaged and moist sponge. Took the hassle out of making a birthday cake.

Would strongly advise other companies. My wife ordered a cake to be delivered that she could then ice and decorate for my son's birthday. A good cake that needed to be milk free, that is hard to find in most shops. It turned into a bit of a saga.

- We ordered it be delivered by the latest Thursday.
- It arrived on Friday, but it was the wrong cake - a fruit cake, inappropriate for a child's party.
- My wife contacted customer service who investigated, found the right cake and said it would be delivered by 10am the next day
- The cake didn't show by 10am. 12pm and it hadn't turned up and we lost trust at this point. We cancelled our plans went out and got the ingredients and equipment to make our own cake.
- At 3:30pm, after we'd finished baking the cake, DPD arrived, with the cake. They did not know they needed to collect another cake and told us they don't do collections on the weekend. Then when pushed they asked for a packing slip - which we didn't have and didn't know where one was. It was only looking at the new package we realised that a return slip was taped to it - something we worked out and were not told by customer service.

We called the company multiple times on the Saturday and were told they had no customer service available.

We finally got through to them this morning, and they are issuing a refund - so they are aware of the issues here. Make sure you get any delivery details you can if ordering.
