Professional and helpful throughout
Scott was very professional and helpful when I wanted to sell some inherited jewellery and create a bespoke necklace using some of the silver and stones. I would not have worn the things I inherrited but love that they live on to be enjoyed in a new, beautiful necklace. The whole process from selling to receiving my new necklace was easy. I’d never done anything like this…
I’d never done anything like this before, and what an experience it was. From the minute I sent the first message I knew I’d made the right choice. Scott came for a home visit, he was very understanding and confident and that made me feel so comfortable even though I was in my own home. He explained how things worked and how the prices were decided. Will definitely be coming back when I have any more jewellery and will be recommending to everyone I know.

I had a great experience.
It was great having a home visit. I felt very relaxed, and no pressure at all.
Scott was extremely knowledgeable and very professional, and I'm glad to have used Windsor Goldsmiths to get a fantastic deal on some of the stuff that I no longer need at this stage in my life.
This was a pain-free simple and easy service with staff you can trust.

Helpful and honest!
Scott was very helpful when I called him to ask fir a second opinion on some gold sovereigns that I had been left in a will. He took the time out to meet me eventhough they were likely to be counterfeit and explained everything clearly and was a lovely chap too!
