The salesman Josh was very efficient and friendly, he let me test drive my new car in a matter of minutes and the whole sale of the car was done in minutes also.

This is my 3rd car from Windsors, I’d highly recommend buying from them. No pushy tactics and great service.

Mark in the service department has also been very helpful over the past 10 years with me taking my car there for repairs and servicing. 10/10

The time had come to replace my car, again. Who do you go to for a new Mazda 3? There’s only one answer in my mind- Windsors. I have dealt with dealership for very many years and the service I have received from Mathew, Sales and Mark in the Service Department is excellent.
Mathew talked through the various options answering my questions along the way. The thing which is important to me is that there is no pressure or sales gimmicks!
The whole process went very smoothly and the bonus was the new car arriving one week earlier than anticipated.

Really relaxed experience. As a female going to a car dealership this can be quite daunting, however once I was there, this was not the case. Windsors gave me plenty of time to look around myself but then were really understanding and helpful with all my questions. Alan was fantastic. Not a pushy salesperson and gave me a fantastic deal. A month later, I love the car and will definitely use Alan and Windsors for future cars

So when I needed a new car in a bit of a hurry a couple of weeks ago I decided to try them again and was not disappointed. Owen, who I dealt with, was very patient and readily answered all my questions and helped me dispose of my old car. A week after seeing my new car, I took delivery with it serviced, MOT tested and road taxed. A very positive and painless experience. No regrets so far.

Windsors keep sending me spam text, I have tried to reply but with no success.

Aaron was so nice to deal with, no pushy sales. When I collected my car, he made sure my phone was connected and showed me how to use google maps, he was so patient

After a terrible experience purchasing a car recently from a different dealership on the Wirral, i was reluctant to trust anyone, until I walked into windsors and met adam!
From start to finish it was professional, reassuring and smooth!
Adam kept in constant touch and even went as far as fuelling the car for me before I drove it away!
I would highly recommend Windsor's and if your looking for 10/10 service from start to finish, ask for adam!!

I must also add, Amy on reception was fantastic, a lovely girl with a welcoming smile and lovely manners!

This is our 2nd purchase at Windsors and on both occasions we were dealt by Josh Prescott who we found to be very polite, helpful and friendly. The car we purchased and collected today was turned out immaculate at short notice. We hope to see Josh again for any future purchases.
