Our experience was fantastic from seeing the vehicle to driving the vehicle off the forecourt. Alan Jones was our sales rep who had a really good approachable attitude. Told us everything we needed to know in a non pushy way. The vehicle in our case a van was ready including boarding in the body of the van in a week. My father also looking for a change of vehicle met with Matt another pleasant non pushy salesman and subsequently bought a car too. Good deal packages are also available for MOT , Breakdown Cover and Services which we have purchased. If they don't have the car you want they can try and find one for you. Give them a visit you won't be dissapointed.

The salesman was very helpful and went the extra yard and I was very pleased with my purchase.

I have recently just purchased my fifth car from Windsors Wallasey and not only am I highly delighted with my new car but I couldn't have asked for better customer service from the team! I have been a customer for many years and it's the staffs level of customer service that keeps me returning time and time again.
On this occasion, 2 days before I was due to collect the new car, I had an unfortunate and unforeseen incident. I had to put back the collection date by 2 weeks.
Both Mike and Paul were nothing but amazing and extremely understanding about the situation.
It is this level of service that keeps me returning to Windors.
Not only are the cars reasonably priced and spotlessly clean on collection, I know that should there ever be an issue ( never had one in all the years I've been a customer) I would be well looked after.
Thank you again to all the Windors team for always pulling all the stops out!

I was in a hurry to buy a car as the car I owned was stuck in a workshop awaiting parts. I contacted Windsors from an advertisement in Auto trader. Aaron dealt with me from the outset provided all the information that I needed. I decided to purchase the car and Aaron arranged to have the car serviced and valeted the next working day and available to collect the next day. The car was exactly as described and I was back on the road in 3 working days. Excellent service, I would recommend Windsors to everyone.

I recently purchased my used car from Mike at Windsors and I am extremely pleased with the whole process of buying the car. Extremely helpful, with nothing too much trouble for them. Loved the fact they didn’t attempt to use pushy sales tactics on me as that would have made me go elsewhere. Highly recommend to others.

Arrived at Heswall and started browsing, Sales Exec Dave Ramsey, inquired if we were ok, and after explaining our needs, we were guided to what may meet our needs, and left us to browse. After looking at an excellent choice of vehicles, within our chosen budget. We booked a test drive in our choice and the following week we were back and made the purchase, we had a good rate in part exchange of our own vehicle and we got 12 months road tax added as part of the deal. Our car was perfectly presented on collection, and throughout the whole process, Dave was informative and helpful, in fact the whole process was easy and relaxed. We are now the proud owners of our Hyundai Tucson, can't thank Dave, and the (Heswall team) enough. Highly recommended..

A great service from Matt in Wallasey, no pushy sales pitch, gave me time to consider my options and extremely helpful once my decision was made.
I have just taken delivery of my new car, a Mazda 2 automatic. I’ve never had an automatic car before so it’s taking me time to remember that my left foot is now redundant!!
The car is fantastic and once I’m used to driving it I’m sure I’ll get plenty of miles of easy driving.

The whole experience was really easy and helpful. From my initial enquiry via email right through to purchase, everything was fully explained and non intimidating. Josh was a pleasure to deal with and I would have no hesitation in recommending this garage to anyone.

Just purchased a used mazda mx5 RF from Windsors which was a very pleasant experience. No pushy sales which was a relief, just honest approachable staff. I wanted to purchase my vehicle through a company I could trust and offered excellent ongoing customer care, which I believe Windsors to be. I got a 12 month warranty bundle which is fabulous and I believe is standard with any used vehicle. I also purchased a 3 year service plan with my vehicle which has given me peace of mind. This covers my servicing and MOT's for 3 years at a very affordable monthly cost and comes with added benefits. No more large servicing bills!
