Beautiful prom dresses, unfortunately, they sell all over Africa and small countries, but not Romania. I checked and they dont have Russia, Hungary or Bulgary either but they have Moldavia. This is so upsetting.

Had to pay £18 to send back 2 dresses from the Uk. The dresses didn’t look like the pictures online. Just feel like I’ve been scammed.

Currently rating 4 stars as definitely room for improvement. I ordered 3 dresses last week and was eligible for free shipping. Had no issues with arrival whatsoever, came within 4 days. The products, in my opinion, are exactly as they are online and not under or overpriced. I am keeping one of these dresses as it is absolutely gorgeous and the fit is perfect and is very well-made. I guess it depends on the dress style/type where some people may go wrong as sizing obviously can vary. Big HOWEVER, it is costing me £18 to return the two unwanted dresses which is ridiculous. I would happily have paid more for the dress I am keeping so it's not the end of the world but i would have been fuming if I got nothing from the order. We'll see if I have any issues with the refund so this rating is definitely still pending.

Placed an order and 0a8d $24 for expedited shipping. I received an email saying it shipped and even provided tracking info. Except they never actually shipped anything. Charged my card, said they shipped it but lied. Then I had to fight and argue to get a refund. Total scam! Plus they left my daughter without a dress for her spring formal and we now have to find a dress in one day. VERY unhappy with Windsor and will never shop there again. Stay away!!!

Very bad customer service. I asked an employee for assistance with getting a dress down. She asked me what size, I told her and pointed at the dress (so she knew and didn't have to look at the tags one by one for my size). She stopped what she was doing, turned her head, glared at me and said, "excuse me?" in a very agitated tone. I still don't understand what I did to deserve that response from her when I was merely trying to assist her in selecting the dress I needed. I looked at my friend who was right next to me watching this happen. My friend looked just as confused as me. I apologized but I still do not know what I did that was so wrong. I was just trying to help her find the dress and I was met with an awful tone and look of disgust.

Do not use this company - complete scam !
Taken my money and no order arrived . Can’t get hold of them !

Refusing to send me a refund after sending back POOR QUALITY shoes.

Sent the item back tracked, item arrived and they never refunded me.
Impossible to speak to a human.

They just keep telling me the refund will be processed soon. It’s been 2 months.

I am truly disappointed with this site, I had been looking on here for some time because their dresses look incredibly beautiful and so I finally took the leap and ordered a dress. 1st of all I paid £7.00 for shipping which is an insane amount and it wasn’t next day or speedy delivery took about 4days to arrive, but whatever because the reviews of the dress looked good and so did the picture, the dress arrives and I am so disappointed in the fit, the quality, the fabric just everything and it was priced at £63.00 defo not worth that.
I proceed to start a return and the whole weekend there seemed to be a problem with the link on their site, I have finally been able to access and it and guess what another extortionate price, it is charging me well reducing £12.00 from my refund so I can return the dress. So in total I have given this company £19.00 of my hard earned Money for nothing. I’m sure this has happened to many people and I think it is disgusting that we are robbed of our money and in return the company do not provide a service they imitate that they can.
I will never shop here again and will discourage anyone that mentions this company to me in the future.

I bought 2 dresses, great quality, I would like to return 1 because I don’t need them both- can’t return them! That’s me £100 down!! Can’t access the returns page, can’t access the customer service page, can’t access the contact us page!

Trying to return a dress from the UK. Not allowing me to do this . Did someone to provide a contact number asap

I got an email this monday, saying that my package had arrived, but it has not. I don’t understand how this could be happening, since I haven’t seen any reviews of people’s package not arriving. I’ve tried to contact literally anyone that might be able to help me but I can’t reach anyone except for their Ai automatic answering. If you live outside of the US, don’t shop from here for your own good, because I literally got scammed and can’t even get a refund

Buyer beware.Expensive returns policy and tight timelines

I bought a beautiful pair of high heels called "lace me up" in rhinestone, and I cannot be more pleased! They are absolutely beautiful ,they're delicate and very well made! $34 for these shoes was an absolute bargain and I am so thrilled to now own this piece!! Thank you, Windsor!!

Windsor, their customer service staff is very bad, packages are lost and the only thing they say is you have to wait, very disappointed, I called FedEx and they told me that the package arrived empty at FedEx, the supposed manager Carolina told me she was sending me the claim number and nothing very bad job in customer service

I ordered a pair of shoes to be delivered to the UK and despite the fact that the shoes arrived quickly and are absolutely gorgeous the fit is quite tight. The reason for giving only 1 star though is because of the warning label on the bottom of the shoes informing me that the shoes contain chemicals that cause birth defects and reproductive harm, why would anyone even sell shoes that could cause these kinds of problems to your health?? I can't get my head around it and it's a real shame as the shoes are actually beautiful. I now have to go out to find another pair of shoes that won't sterilise me. My advice to windsor - don't sell toxic products, not that difficult.

I purchased a dress for $99 expecting it to be good quality. Received the dress and it was poor quality and I probably could have bought the same dress elsewhere for a third of the price. Insultingly if I want to return it I have to pay $15. Total rip off. They are happy to provide free shipping if you spend over $100 but won’t provide free returns. They need to use better quality material.

On Aug.16,2023, I had asked a clerk to hold items before the close. I gave my name. I came back 10 minutes before they closed and my items were restocked. 5 ladies in the store no one tried to help all they said was the items were put back. So I find them hurriedly taking them off the hanger to assist the l cashier. She said, " if you slamming things I'm not going to wait on you". I told her I was helping you and put them on the side not at you or in front. I told her don't show out. The other workers maybe the assistant Manger said, don't you show out. I said just ring me up so I can go. The entire crew was rude and useless. I will take the items and never return.

Although my item unfortunately didn’t fit (large bust!) I was really impressed with the quality of the item in general, I’m in London UK and I received within 6 days!

I am only dissatisfied with having the £15 return fee deducted from my balance which I hope can be waived as their customer support did offer me this option via a different return method but I had already returned it.

Overall I would use them again.

I am extremely displeased with my initial order with your company. Regrettably, the dress I received did not meet my expectations, prompting me to initiate a return. However, to my astonishment, I discovered that $15 was deducted from the dress payment. This deduction is unacceptable and has deeply disappointed me. I want to convey that, based on this unfortunate experience, I will not be using your services in the future.

I was unsure seeing all this reviews but this is my honest opinion from a first time online shopper at Windsorstore.
I unfortunately listened too much on these reviews that said the dresses fall out too small. So I ordered a size medium instead of small, although the size guide told me to get a small. This was a mistake as It was a tad too big. Therefore don’t listen too much on the reviews but the actual sizeguide.

I ordered the fast shipping for 20Usd and although it was a lot, my parcel arrived literally 1.5 days later. I ordered Wednesday evening and received my parcel Friday morning. The dress itself is exactly as described. Overall a good experience.
