As a first time landlord, the whole process felt a little daunting to me, so I needed to find an agent who firstly knew the industry inside and out but more importantly was someone who I could trust to steer me in the right direction, not only with my property but with my interests going forward with the added obvious ability to be someone who would give both me and my tenants a very personal service.

Simon was the best estate agent we have ever dealt with…he made us feel like nothing was too much trouble for him (and believe me, he went to a massive amount of trouble for us way above and beyond anything you would normally expect from an estate agent!) and his communication was superb at all times. Simon heads up a small and independent estate agency offering a friendly, flexible & personal service.
He is able to provide online 360 virtual tours, list on Zoopla and RightMove etc, similar to the bigger operators, but doesn't have a high street presence. Being a sole operator allows him to be available outside normal work hours to cover late appointments and queries.
Recomended if your property is in his SE coast catchment area!

Simon provided an excellent service. The team were helpful, friendly and efficient. Communication was good throughout the whole process of finding suitable tenants within a very short time frame.

Simon, the director, was very responsive and professional throughout, photography of the property was done quickly and to a very high standard; viewings were organised promptly and offers of tenancy the next day. Management fees are transparent. From the day the property was advertised to the day of tenants moving in was just 2 weeks.

Windward Grove charge a very fair initial fee and for a fully managed let - and I mean FULLY managed - there is still a very fair cost and better still, there are no hidden costs that we found cropping up with so many other wham-bam letting agents, hoping to rope you in with a honey-trap offer for a quick signature to a 27-page T's & C's contract you can't fully understand.

Simon was super helpful when I bought my current home and when I purchased an investment property there was no doubt in my mind which agent I would go with. Simon has really been accommodating to my situation considering that I contacted him on a short notice about a room I needed to rent for a job. He answers very promptly and is very timely as well with regards to appointments. He was very knowledgeable on details related to the place for let, including recommendations for transportation (ie. Bus routes).
When one needs a point person for room/flat/apartment rentals, I would definitely recommend Simon's firm as they are reliable, trustworthy and easy to contact.

Firstly, the conduct and assistance from the agent 'Simon' was above and beyond, despite working to a tight deadline, he was able to ensure that i had an easy and stress free move and really helped to put my mind at ease with regard to the logistics that came with moving.

Secondly, the property itself was in fabulous condition in comparrison to my previous experiences with HMO properties in Brighton, the room was spotless, and even included extras im not used to seeing provided, such as fresh quilts, spare lightbulbs, etc..

As a first time buyer we feel Simon has been very helpful and made us feel at ease with the process. He has been very accommodating with viewings especially with late evening viewings and allowing us multiple viewing the same day even with short notice.
