DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
I placed an order and paid for delivery, it stated 2-4 days after a week no wine or confirmation of when it would likely arrive, contacted company emails were ignored. I then requested to cancel the order and to receive a full refund still ignored. After many frustrating emails being ignored I finally mentioned I would be leaving a review to which a rely came quickly just saying what’s order number. This was sent, heard nothing still no refund. Then after another week I receive a message wine is on way. I was away on business when an attempt was made by delivery company. I then sent another email stating I cancelled the order as it was not delivered as stated and again requested a full refund which by law I’m entitled to. I’m still being ignored. I have not received wine.
Apparently I’m not the first customer to receive such appalling service.

Scam company. Paid for express delivery - order not arrived. Phone line dead. No response to email. Do not purchase from this seller.

Emailed to check availability and the owner was super responsive. Placed the order and it arrived without an issue. Also really well packaged with a mesh wine bottle sleeve and sturdy box. Highly recommended.

I see I’m not the only one who can’t get the wine from these people after purchasing.
Eventually got hold of someone who said he had my wine sat in his hallway for 4 days but the collection company hadn’t come.
4 days? Been waiting over 10days now still no wine.
And when I complain to this shambles of a company, they say it isn’t fair I raise my displeasure.
Not sure how they are still in business and how there is only 1 review of the company

Twice I have ordered wine through this company and paid for express delivery (in honesty I forgot I'd used them and didn't discover it until I went searching in my emails) and twice the wine has been late...in fact I haven't had it yet this time. Nor have I had a response to my email! Don't bother using them!!
