Wooden racks are exactly what I expected.
Wooden racks are exactly what I expected from previous order. Have noticed that some larger format 750ml bottles (pinot noir) do not want to fit in the top slot with top rail attached. If you could make the top of that end of the support just 1/4" longer, it would alleviate this problem. I have to round out the inside of the top rail to make room to fit these bottles, of which I have many. Anyone else report this issue?

Mostly happy except ...
Everything was good about the ordering and shipment of my wine rack. My only complaint is that there should have been pre-drilled holes on the racks as the wood split and/or the parts wouldn't screw together tightly using the provided screws.

Good quality
Good quality, Easy to order. Easy to put together with the pre drilled holes. The only thing I wasn't sure exactly when it was coming. I was not in a hurry and it came in the 4-6 weeks they said but I didn't get a message it was being shipped.
