Placed order for a replacement wing mirror as mine was stollen. After checking online this website had the part at a reasonable price and the website reviews seemed reliable. Placed the order and had the item in just under a week. Overall very pleased.

This was a disaster. The vendor or carrier incorrectly inserted the wrong Post Code and the parcel went missing. I asked to cancel the order and arrange a refund. This was confirmed by Ebay. Accordingly I ordered from another supplier. The following day the original order arrived - so I now have an unwanted item and no refund.

Very bad experience. I ordered item code 3055973 because in your product description (not title) it incorrectly says "To fit on Porsche CAYENNE 2002 to 2010". However item code 3055971 is required for a 2004 Cayenne. I realised the error within a few minutes of placing order and immediately filled out your cancel order form. Despite this the following morning I get confirmation the order is about to be shipped. Again, within minutes I send another email that I've already cancelled order. Order shipped anyway. To get a refund I now have to return international shipping at my cost. Very disappointing - do the right thing wingmirrorparts!

Ordered a replacement wing mirror for the passenger side of my Hyundai after I smashed it. Site was easy to navigate and find correct one which arrived within a week.
I made a mistake and should have bought a heater mirror. It fits fine so might order another at a later date!

Wing mirror received as ordered, communication around shipping was excellent and all reasonably priced.

The wrong mirror was sent to me. it is smaller than the car mirror and was for the drivers side not the passenger side. My car is a Honda Jazz 2015 , passenger side.So I would like the correct mirror please

Ordered on the site, said they were based in Wales. Part said express delivery, then once in the basket it said 2 day delivery. I get a notification that it is being posted from Ireland from a company called Micks Garage. 2 days come and no update, get in touch with Micks garage who's customer service told me it would be 'sometime' next week and it always takes 3-5 days and that I couldn't refund it as it had already been posted. I then receive an email telling me that it should have been with me but there was a delay with the postal service (so either that was a lie or the customer service guy lied).
I needed the part for the weekend, didn't get it till the following week. I could have had it for a little extra from another company and got it next day. Gets 2 stars as it did turn up eventually and was right.

Really happy with the wing mirror I bought for my Nissan X-Trail. It took a bit longer to arrive than expected, but the quality and fit were excellent once it came. Would still recommend!

I ordered a mirror glass for my corsa, it's was easy to order and at a fair price, it took a little longer than expected, but I was kept to update with a apology, It arrived in perfect condition and I was quite pleased with it.
