First order was placed through the…

First order was placed through the app. I ordered five barbecue bone-in wings, ten hot honey bone-in wings, two 20-ounce drinks, a large fry, and two ranch dressings. After driving approximately three miles home, I discovered the order was incorrect. We received ten barbecue wings and five hot honey wings instead of what was ordered.

We immediately called the store and spoke with a gentleman who asked us to bring the wings back so the order could be corrected. Upon returning, the replacement order was not started until he physically reviewed the wings and confirmed the mistake. Unfortunately, the first replacement order was prepared incorrectly again, with ten barbecue and five hot honey wings.

My husband was then informed he would need to wait an additional 20 minutes for another batch. The next order finally had the correct flavors—ten hot honey and five barbecue—but the wings were not fried hard as requested. We were told it would take yet another 20 minutes to prepare the wings correctly.

My husband waited again, but the additional wait time was closer to 40–45 minutes, not the stated 20 minutes. When he finally received the order, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. Additionally, the fries were not replaced and were cold by the time the order was completed.

Overall, the experience was extremely frustrating, time-consuming, and poorly handled.

The service is good

The service is good. Speaciily the staff who is at the front desk today at noon time is very skilled and well mannered. Another staff Reshma is good in service and well mannered!

Wingstop review

I ordered chicken tenders, fries, and one boneless chicken and a wing. It is very bad I’m pretty sure they made it frozen. Very salty, the fries taste extremely bad, but the wings was okay.

Terrible

Terrible. I placed an order that came late and cold and when I spoke to the staff at wingstop they said and I quote "thats not on us" its deliveroo's fault.
Oh really, I thought I bought my food from wingstop.
I will never order from there again

I ordered 100 wings this morning for a 1 pm pickup with five large fries and 40 pieces of corn my order was cooked exactly when I needed to pick it up. It was done I’ve never used wingstop before but I will now my food was hot and all flavors were delicious thank you so much for making my party with my family stress free

First Time being in Wingstop Streatham…

First Time being in Wingstop Streatham branch I was met by a customer advisor Yoci who did excellent service by explaining the different spices different levels of spice and the whole setup of the food will be fresh, which was excellent service and hope when I come back again, I would be appointed by him.

Tasteless and expensive 

Very expensive for what it is we got two wing platters costing £50 flavours are okay nothing special a bit tasteless the food is very expensive for what it is my daughter wanted to go there so we went. I’m definitely not in a rush to go back. Bland

I had an absolutely amazing visit to Wingstop Northampton — the wings were cooked perfectly with bold, delicious flavours, and the whole vibe was so welcoming. The team here are passionate about great food and making customers feel special.
Huge shout-out to Amanda who made the experience next-level! She was exceptionally friendly, professional, and absolutely brilliant with customers. Her positive energy lit up the whole place — she went above and beyond helping everyone with big smiles, quick service, and genuine care. It’s rare to see someone so dedicated and upbeat at a fast-casual restaurant, and it made my visit even more memorable.

I can’t recommend this spot enough great food, great atmosphere, and Amanda really sets the bar for customer service here! I’ll definitely be back. 🍗🥤✨

Giving a 1 star because the manager…

Giving a 1 star because the manager hired me than never proceeded with the hiring process. I called up there numerous she gave me the run around time and time again. Kept telling me she was waiting on hr and just never followed through. 10/10 do not recommend! Unprofessional!
