I bought wings from the wood green restaurant, my 1st time ever having wingstop. As I was in lunch break I took the package back to the office and when I opened the box i had 8 of the smallest (the size of a pinky finger) driest, overcooked, wings that was more bone than meat.
I complained to head office and sent proof of purchase and photos, as requested. Wingstop dealt with the complaint by offering compensation (amount or type unknown) of which has never been fulfilled. Wingstop head office have now stopped communicating. What a great experience!! I will forever badmouth this company to whoever wants to listen as it is not just an individual restaurant issue, the whole company is PANTS!!! I would rather give my money to McDonald's and I don't eat that garbage!

This location in winter garden is the most nasty place you have rude employees and the food is nasty they all look like they on drugs I went ther today half of the employees standing outside of the back smoking it look like a rehab I know whoever own this location will not be please yall really need to look into this yall got folks sleeping with each other in yall bathroom room who is managing the place yall jus let anybody run the facility I know Rick Ross want be satisfied of this he too famous and professional yall need to look in this location

We’ve just had our very first experience of WingStop, the food was lovely, still trying to get my head around sweet and salty fries! But all in all they were very nice.
The staff were all very cheerful,and polite.
The only thing I would say go against them for us was how loud the music was but we’re getting on a bit so maybe that’s more us than them. Would definitely go again.

We were greeted by Tom very knowledgeable about menu once we chose our meal we spoke to Harry also very polite and great people skills made our visit very welcoming and we will definitely use again GREAT FOOD AND VERY CLEAN RESTAURANT

Staff are questionable at times but mostly great, and food is insane

Ordered 40 wings online and used the 15% off coupon. Arrived to pickup wings 15 minutes after quoted time. Told by cashier they are iut of classic wings but mgr went to pickup more?? Why would you leave online ordering on if you dint have the wings??? Was then asked I wanted boneless wings instead??? If I wanted bonelss I would have ordered boneless!! Noone called me to tell me ot the shortage??? It was like no big deal to the employees?? Now i wait probably 5 business fays for a refund and lost the 15% off

I had 3 different wings. Probably the worst wings and fries I have ever eaten.

I went to the location located in Tustin. California waited over 20 minutes to get 20 wins. Nobody was in the location at the time they gave me one sauce. The music was playing so loud. It was hard to talk. Stay away from this location. They say they will call you. And discuss the matter, but no one calls you.There is no customer service

I wished that there was a lower number to give they are so slowwww for no reason they spend more time socializing and playing than working, and it makes no sense the sad part is they wasn’t even busy no customers

Chicken was hard and I only got 8 boneless piece!! Taste old and hard. Could barely eat, waste of money. Will not be ordering wings from here again!!!

Went to the bradford store ordered 3 ranches ! Paid for ranches! Hamza with glasses on took my order! And reassured me that my order has 3 ranches! But he clearly cant read n count! Scammers order number 77! 20/7/2025

Excellent Chicken - How about a smile

It's Difficult to fault the technical application of fast food chicken here.

There seems to be a good process and staff are trained or instructed to say all the right things.

The quality of the chicken was juicy and first class.

I found the many options of sauces I've never heard of was a bit risky for someone spending so much for a one-off treat.
The wrong choice could spell disaster and spoil my afternoon.

The staff were so focused on ticking all the right boxes, they often forgot to smile.

Good experience, however, because of the price point and lack of special offer deals etc. I'm unlikely to visit very often, other than a relatively rare treat for my son.

Food was giving bad vibes and gave my frend terrabal serves and do not aseptic cash

great customer service we loved the music and the food came out on time the voodoo fries were very good it was my my first time trying them. highly recommend wingstop at 703 east ridge road

Visited Westfield outlet first time visit. Food took a while to come as a bit busy but not overly so for a fast food outlet. Sweet potatoes fries and burger. Both Luke warm. Asked for replacement and still waiting. Been here 40 mins already. Replacement Burger was warm but fries were cold again! Not great won't be back
