Purchase made on June 16th

Purchase made on June 16, 2024. Wrong item received on June 27 and returned the same day. Since then I haven't had any news even though I sent 4 emails.

On July 12th, I finally received the correct item.

However as I paid extra charge to send back the wrong product, I asked the 12th of july to get this expens refund (14,25 €). I'm waiting for an answer...
On July the 16th I received email from Wingstore.aero saying that I will be refund for the extra charge to send back the wrong item. Waiting for it...

On July 29, I finally received payment for the costs associated with returning the wrong product.

End of the story.
