There must be something we could do to stop these horrible people from taking money off us I have been waiting over 9 months for my money and still nothing these people need to get what's coming to them

This is the worse casino site I ever been to I have did a withdrawal for over a month I still haven’t received it’s just there processing over a month, wen you try to email them they never respond you try to contact customer service on the site you will speak with a robot that keeps repeating the same things over and over again. Never ever play on this site and wen you try to close the account they ignore you please don’t waste your money there if you win you will never gonna have your money.

Won £2000 and bot said takes 2 years to withdraw. I lost hope

WARNING!!!!! please do not play here. It’s a complete scam. You can not withdraw. You can only get a bot to speak to also when you email them they reply like some idiot from down the road. They call you of mobile numbers asking you to deposit and they will give you free stuff. I won £1300 and when you try withdraw it does nothing it just sits there and doesn’t move. You will never get a penny from these. So please don’t give them yours

I have tried to exclude on several occasions I am getting fed up now as I have an addiction this is making me ill someone needs to do something I have contacted a legal representative and hopefully they can sort it for me over 60 emails asking and begging to be excluded and nothing back do not join this site

I'd put zero if I could! Deposited £20, all I had was errors throughout the games, guessing me winning jolted system errors!! Down to £5 and the errors causes my balance to reflect zero!! Chat team lying saying I used my credits but I know for a fact the wagers wouldn't of added up to what i deposited! Disgusting way to treat customers, avoid at all costs

This company are scammers, they do not payout. They accept deposits very quickly, which are sent to people with random names. Their support team have tried to fob me off and are now ignoring my emails. They claim that they sent me a link to input my payment details, which I never received. I have chased them on numerous occasions and haven’t received a reply. I have now submitted a claim to the CEG ( gambling regulator based in Curaçao). Please don’t waste your money.

They operate in the UK but their manager Peter Bank's email (whom I tried to report apparent fraud at their operation to), bounces, unknown. In the UK, they send out questionable products for other Chinese companies using a fake name (a business name that does not exist). Be warned.
