Only one Ugg was delivered
Only one Ugg was delivered. I had been really looking forward to this package and was disappointed that it arrived incomplete. We paid for UPS door-to-door delivery, but a false delivery attempt was recorded even though no one came, and the package was taken to a pickup point instead. I need the second Ugg by Monday, so please resolve this urgently either send the missing Ugg or issue a refund. I hope this can be handled as soon as possible.

Fast shipping
Fast shipping, beautiful product selection. Remove one star since return process is a bit annoying, you have to pay for that + go to the pick up point to return your item. On other platforms, returns are free, and the delivery person picks it up from your address.

Horrible experience , they ask for 3,95 euro per item you return . I’ve never heard of something like that my whole life …it’s a big joke .
PS: Regarding this company reply I don’t need my money back I just point out I’ve ordered 4x items same brand I kept one , returned 3 and still I’ve paid 3xtimes 3,95 euros so the reply I got is not valid ..is better people to be aware of this

BAD Winkelstraat!!!!!!!!!
I'm not sure if writing another bad review helps because it seems trustpilot is not doing anything about it either.
There has been so much negative reviews recently and it seems this store is not doing anything to improve on their customer services. Always get a response from AI which does not solve anything
After writing a review a week ago, i was contacted after a few days by Winkelstraat, first message was how KeepitSneeker will ship my order the next day and another message that my refund has been processed, i immediately knew it was AI response because nothing came out of it since last week.
This store is a JOKE and a SCAM, please i just want my refund at this point with immediate effect and that i receive money back, it's been over a month now and still nothing.
Please can TrustPilot intervene at this point for me because i am getting frustrated and angry at the same time, this is absolutely nonsense!!!
I hope i get a prompt response and action after this review message!!!
