The product magic mop is worthless. The price is costly.Not able to contact support.

Given mobile no and Email ID are not active. Just cheating the people. Don't purchase from this site. It is not genuine.

The mail I’d is not working. Not able to return my stuff. Very bad service.

Never buy products from wink mink, they don't return your money after products are returned, even after 5 reminder and phone call.

The most worst product i ever bought online, they show a different picture and the actual product is worth nothing but piece of waste, literally NO comfort,quality is very very poor, you can not wear a shoe more than 30 minutes, literally walking on barefoot, it hurts, strongly NOT recommend this product, instead you can buy a pair of slippers and be happy.

To return the pair of shoes, the link doesn't recognise the code sent by sms, doesn't recognise the order id.
I want to replace the shoes with a better pair without manufacturing defects, but there is no option. There is no option to talk to any company representative either.

I was taken for a good ride. The Magic Mop I received on 22/07/2024 isn't even remotely close to the product advertised in the video. There isn't any return policy. The materials are substandard and made of cheap metal and even cheaper plastic. Real fraudsters picking and making huge sums of money praying on gullible on line customers. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND DON'T PLACE ANY ORDERS

This is purely a fraud company . I have purchased a power saving device but it is worthless, just like a broken toy.

I don't feel like giving one star also, I ordered a gas stove and to be honest its completely useless so I want to return the product. I'm trying to contact them but no response even their customer care number and email both are fake. I wasted 1000 rupees after this product. If anyone knows how to contact them please let me know!!

The product gas sevar, received it's very very poor quality . Also it is not serving the purpose. After complaining no response received. I will be logging complaints with government on this website. I request all to write to government and stop such an ethical, fraudulent businesses which damages our country image

On 11th June received damaged product Max power saver and it's broken. Wrote multiple email still no response. Unable to contact through customer service. Can u guys replace my product or refund. Respond on mail or call me.

My order ID no. is 68544, i have already sent msg for replacing the product that is not correct in size..I have ordered for "M" size Tshirts but instead of that product i recieved id "S" size..I am trying to contact them but there is no respons from there side the product quality is so cheap and its not of the corrrect size..Totally Fake people..Don't order anything from this site..

This is a fake website, no one replies to any mail, their products are not good and if you buy a t-shirt, you will get other things. So please avoid buying anything from this website

Just got my magic mop. These people are fraudsters. The product is so cheap quality not worth even 400 they charged 1000. Terrible experience... When I raised a return order request from the phone number they provided. It says there is no order on my phone number which is a lie as they kept sending the product shipping updates and order confirmation to the same number. Fraudsters...do not buy anything from them...infact nothing from Instagram promotions.... Bloody thee people using the platform for easy money... With just a simple website... They gonna shut this business soon o

Do not buy anything from this site, They send different product as shown. So if you ask to return the product they never give reply. They are fraud.
