AVOID

AVOID. Scam company. Bought a mattress of substandard quality. Nothing like they advertise. Still waiting for a refund 3 weeks later. No one answers the phone. Same drivel in their email about 'escalating it to the senior department' which we all now know doesn't exist. Trading Standards need to shut this down.

I would strongly advise against…

I would strongly advise against ordering from this company.

We purchased a Luna Divan Ottoman Super King bed, and the quality was extremely disappointing. The bed base was poorly manufactured, with exposed staples visibly holding materials together and clear damage in multiple areas. The headboard was also missing from the delivery.

The ottoman lifting handles did not match those shown on the website—they loosely drape along the floor. Internally, the frame was constructed using basic 2x2 raw timber supports in the corners, which is not something you would expect at this price point or from the product description.

While Winksleep initially agreed to replace the bed, the replacement was of the same poor quality and again arrived without the headboard. Although they later confirmed both items would be sent, I received a notification on the day of delivery stating it had been cancelled due to “quality control” issues.

In addition, I have incurred extra costs by having to arrange for people to be present on two separate occasions to accept delivery, as the service does not include bringing items into the property.

I also requested a call back from management, which I was assured would happen the same day. However, two days later, I am still waiting with no contact.

Overall, a very frustrating experience with poor product quality and inadequate customer service.

Surely this company is a scam DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

One star is a compliment! Where to even start, i've been conned, scammed, robbed in broad daylight. The mattressess are absolute junk. My order arrived, I was sent the incorrect mattress, a cheaper inferior model, which they don't seem to want back! after an excessive email exchange they agreed to send out the correct item. No tracking or confirmation recieved so no idea when it would arrive. When it did arrive no one was in so it was thrown over the side fence! (not their fault I know) taking it out of the box I could see it looked like what I ordered so I unpacked it, followed the instruction and left it laying flat for 5 days (more than recommended) and it's barely 3 inches thick someway off the 7inches advertised! I unzipped the removable cover and was shocked to see that inside was just standard foam more like you'd find in a cheap topper not the multi layer foam as advertised. If its the same material inside the incorrect mattress I recieved its no wonder they aren't bothered about having it back. Judging from other reviews it probably not worth me wasting my time trying to get a refund! I'm annoyed with myself that I've been conned like this. Save yourself the grief and avoid this company.

I purchased a bed from wink sleep which…

I purchased a bed from wink sleep which was fine no problems at all. I was then contacted by winksleep to write a review on trustpilot and I would receive a free set of pillows. That was back in February. I have emailed Winksleep numerous times and each time they tell me that the pillows have been sent out and they should be delivered by Royal mail. I still haven’t received the pillows I think it’s a very poor show of this company to promise something so you write a review and you don’t get it not happy. I will not be using this company in the future.

Ordered bed on line with website…

Ordered bed on line with website stating free delivery and a 10% off code if ordered. Went through all options size, colour, headboard etc and at payment page 49.99 delivery charge. Tried to get hold of winksleep but not open at weekend so sent messages through website to advise as bed still in basket. On Monday offer banner changed to fast delivery called up to explain issue and was told would need to speak to website team and would get straight back to me so I could finish order waited over 3 hrs still nothing so called again ti be told need to send screen shot if free delivery advised how can I as now changed. Would not honor the website pricing.
Total waste of time .

Outstanding customer service from Nabeel.

I am so impressed with the excellent customer service that I received both today and on a previous phone call from Nabeel.
Not only does he have a delightful and extremely polite manner which makes customers immediately feel confident that their issue will be appropriately dealt appropriately but he actually did deal with my issue regarding changing delivery and swiftly.
For this reason alone, I would have no hesitation in ordering again from Winksleep or in recommending this company to others.

Items not fit for purpose

They charged me £150 for a memory foam mattress as an add-on to the Serenity double bed. What arrived looks at best the thickness of a topper, cannot have a bedsheet fitted to it due to its size, discoloured yellow shade and then they are quibbling over 'whether it has expanded' - after two days, no, it hasn't. Absolute joke of a customer service. Give me my money back!

Just to add, I Googled the 'mattress' they sent me. It is a brand called CoolTouch, and yes, it is a topper, not a mattress. They do not even feature this on their website, yet they are still emailing me asking whether it 'has expanded,' rather than admitting they made a mistake. The fact that this was meant to be a bed for my young daughter when she visits makes me even angrier >:

Honestly worst company ive ever dealt…

Honestly worst company ive ever dealt with . The customer service is shocking all the BS terms and conditions. Took about 6 weeks to deliver after it was “damaged in transit” and yet still I don’t have a functioning ottoman as the slat base is too small for the actual bed frame so can’t attach the ottoman arms. I’d rather lose out on the £800/£900 which I did than deal with the people that work here. I was then expected to take measurements of my bed and send them so they would rectify it. Crazy instead of apologising and just fixing it. I gave up just thought I’d leave my honest review. The beds are horrible also and look nothing like the photos and quality is also completely different save yourself the hassle go elsewhere. Typical cheap warehouse bed you can buy on Facebook marketplace. Shit show of a company.

Really happy with the bed

Really happy with the bed. It looks sturdy and nice design. Instructions how to put bed up wasn't the best but we managed with help from Google.
The customer service was good and we had no issues. The delivery was a bit pricey in my opinion.
All in all we are happy with out purchase and would recommend this company to family and friends

Incompetent business altogether

I placed an order on the 18th of November 2025 for a bed. In the beginning of December they delivered the wrong bed frame. It's now the 3rd of February 2026 and I still have the wrong bedframe packed up in my flat ready for collection.

The workmanship on the (wrong) bed was not fantastic anyway (the headboard looked a bit wonky, the under-bed storage didn't have a base so all my items sat on the floor etc).
After some back and forth emails with the customer service team they offered to give me the bed I ordered, however, they seem to only be able to get to my address on the dates I have specifically told them I am away. The communication has been extremely frustrating even though the customer service people are nice. They have not solved any of my issues so far and even when I asked them in advance not to attempt delivery if I am away they said 'sure' and then attempted to deliver anyway so it feels like I'm talking to a wall and my messages are clearly not going through. I have also sat at home through 2 separate delivery days waiting for the bed to be delivered only to be told (when I called!!!) that the delivery van broke down. When I complained the nth time they told me they could compensate me with 'a pair of free pillows'...
The bed is still not here and I am extremely frustrated and disappointed as my mattress has been on the floor for the last 2 weeks waiting for the correct bed frame to arrive.
Do better.

Not a good mattress unfortunately

Delivery wasn't communicated, I didn't get any update on the delivery date, it just turned up, luckily I had it delivered to a friend as I work long hours. I dare not ask to return as there's no way I can get it back in the box as it was vacuum sealed. I can feel the springs in the mattress and it's very noisy and hard. It also slopes to one side. Waited 10 years to buy myself a new mattress and wish I hadn't.

A quick update, after this review the company contacted me and thank you to Daniella and Natalie in the after care team they helped issue a full refund.
