I only gave 2 stars due to the poor quality of the VW wheel centres supplied.
They look exactly like and OEM part but clearly made of inferior materials. I guess I should have realised that four centre fo £10 can't be the same as OEM parts at £12.00 each, which I have now purchased fro my local VW dealer. When comparing the OEM parts against the one supplied by Winmex its is easy to see that the plastic used in the Winmex product is very brittle and has no flex at all before the fixing lugs snap off. The OEM parts have lots of flexability and the lugs easily flex to allow fitting to the wheel without snapping.
Turning now to the response from Wimex when I sent them an email to say what had happened. They were very quick to give me a full refund for which I thanked them and as far as customer service is concerned I would like to give them FIVE STARS. Thank you once again Winmex
