They say they'll match your VIP level. Plat2 on stake.us and I've tried twice to get anyone to respond. Followed all the rules had to have 100 deposited at least... and crickets......
EDIT: I CONTACTED SUPPORT and this is getting reviewed!!! I didn't think I'd even get any type of response, but i talked to a real person, have sent over my info and it got sent to the VIP transfer dept. last night!! I will update on results, but that alone makes me change my initial 1 star energy. Support is fast to respond just reach out directly!!! 😃👍 I HAVE A GOOD FEELING ABOUT THIS.

🤬SCAM!!! They don’t give the promotions out that they offer to get people to sign up whatsoever. Me and my husband both fell for it and wasted a whole day getting our VIP status (platinum 3)changed over don’t bother put your money somewhere else. I hope this stops at least one person from putting their money on there and saving somebody some money that we weren’t able to save. They all offer you match deposit bonuses on top of 150 to switch your status. You will not get those also pretty much everything on their site requires play through that is insanely high because if you think that you’re gonna do the 98% on dice to get play through try again they only give you 25% play through on the original games so that 50,000 is now 200,000 and you professional stake players no you ain’t gonna get that very often you’re gonna go through thousands of dollars to get a nine dollar code lol this place is gonna go down quick. Everybody is fooled because they got decent size codes on Telegram you’re never gonna achieve the play through. Not to mention their RTP is the exact same thing as state cause they’re owned by the same company anybody that knows steak knows absolutely how rigged they are once or twice a year. You’ll have it rigged for you with the other 363 days all you’re doing is donating to their cause this is the exact same website. It’s just stake is getting sued probably gonna end up closing so now they just got a new name essentially that is just my opinion though so that they can’t take this down. Update: they still haven’t replied to us, but they read this review and they were salty about their name being in it that just goes to show what kind of casino this is people do not use this casino at all costs that is just my personal opinion!

I’m an avid online gambler I go through and rate each casino personally with my experience, I am not some professional addict by any means and obviously I lose a lot more than I went like 99% of the guys that I’ll be reading this.

I cannot stress enough about the online casinos and what they actually give compared to what they offer to get you to sign up WINNa offered me $150 for sign-up and 100% deposit match if I transferred my VIP status from stake which I’m a platinum three yet they did not honor any of those. They gave me $40 after it got transferred to three days later and after I had to make $100 deposit which also was not told to me prior to!

Then when you get into the app itself, there’s gonna be multiple things that look like you’re gonna be able to collect a bonus on like their rain pay you will not be able to. They claim there’s wager requirements on them even though nothing says Wager requirements fot around these things but yet they don’t put it out there so that you know what the wage requirements are and in hopes of meeting them also if you are a stake player and you know how to do the 98% on dice to get your play through up this casino only gives you 25% on any of the original games so you’re 50,000 worth of play through is now looking like about 200,000 do not waste your time or money on this site. I wasted a whole day getting me my wife signed up for absolutely nothing I would’ve made 40 more dollars by doing anything else with my day. Hopefully this stops at least one person from putting money on their site.

Winna deleted my account didnt even give me a email warning or anything they say they deleted cus i wouldnt log in or depo but i would log in and the depo part i was eventually but i had a affiliate was well on to get me commission and screwed me out of that.

Pretty disappointing I was told that I would receive $150 for transferring my VIP status from stake.us 2 WINNa so I went through all their hoops of getting it transferred and it still isn’t even accepted three days later as well as I had to make $100 deposit and I’m not getting 150 I’m only getting $40 I was told that I would get a match bonus to my deposit equal to whatever I deposited. I did not receive that either whatever advertisement they are advertising don’t believe them I have yet to try to cash out of this casino. They do have big rewards in their telegram, but I have yet to try to cash out with that rewards and or at all yet I have a strong feeling I will have issues with that as well.

Update they still have not done anything like they said they were going to do all they’re trying to do is look like they’re trying to make some type of changes for me or my wife and not do anything about it. Update this is how petty they are. They still have yet to answer back to either me or my wife but yet they’re worried about me naming them in this review. Your casino just shows it’s true colors right now. People do not put money on this site.

Winna.com is a relaunch/partner casino from Heybets.io which is a rogue casino!
As mentioned previously here this is either a relaunch of Heybets casino or new sister brand. Heybets is a very rogue casino that scams players and refuses to pay out winnings. I had a balance of 5K which they refused to pay out without explaining why, when I asked for a full refund (>8K) they did not respond.

Funny is that on June 10 I reached out to Heybets.io and they replied immediately asking for a KYC check with name WINNA. This confirms that Winna casino is either a relaunch or partner casino from Heybets which means they are up to NO good and likely will scam people too (something I can see with the negative reviews here already). It is also worth the mention that the excessive high positive reviews from users with only 1 or 2 reviews should be considered a red flag!

Be warned! Winna.com will treat you the same as Heybets did which means you will have no trouble in losing money with them but once you win money the story likely will change.

Of course if the casino management resolves this matter my review will be updated with the outcome.

While I appreciate the Winna team eventually restoring access to one of my accounts, I cannot consider this matter fully resolved. The reactivation of a single account does not address the significant bonuses and positive balances currently sitting in my other deactivated accounts (funds I am unable to claim).

My primary frustration stems from the fact that I was explicitly told by multiple employees, that having more than one account was permitted. I acted based on their guidance, yet I have been penalized for it as if it were an intentional breach of policy.

I have reached a point where I am comfortable moving forward with just one active account. However, it is only fair that I be credited for the bonuses and balances I accrued in good faith across my other accounts. Specifically, I am requesting access to claim and retrieve the balances from the three inactive accounts.

At the very least, Winna should allow me to claim these existing balances before the accounts are permanently closed. Demonstrating this level of understanding and customer consideration would go a long way in restoring my trust in the platform.

Winna was recommended to me and it has been amazing. I am a VIP transfer from StakeUS and my transfer rewards were amazing. My host, Laura, has been nothing but amazing and
making sure I am well taken care of and satisfied. Their live chat support team is also quick to respond and will do their best to make sure your questions, requests, and/or problems are taken care of. They also just revamped their VIP program and there are so many different types of bonuses and level up rewards as you progress through their VIP system.

I joined Winna in March 2025 when it was still relatively new and quickly made it to Platinum 3. Early on, it genuinely felt different to other platforms. I regularly spoke with the owners and managers, felt part of the community, and there was a real sense that loyal players were valued.

Over time, though, things changed — and not for the better.

Bonuses were reduced, rules tightened, referral commission rates dropped, and overall value declined. I referred 300+ players fairly quickly through my casino review platforms because I believed in the site at the time. But as the changes rolled in, it became harder to stand behind.

Communication also declined. I reached out directly to Paul and Bennett (the owners). I received one response initially, but after that — silence for months. For someone who had actively supported and promoted the platform, that was disappointing.

After taking a short break due to work commitments, I returned to find my bonuses and rewards had dropped significantly and never recovered to previous levels. It felt like loyalty counted less than it used to.

To be fair, the site itself is still good. The games are solid and it runs smoothly. But compared to what it was when I joined, it’s a noticeable downgrade in player value and community feel.

The hosts are friendly and helpful, especially Laura who has been helpful throughout and saved the review being worse.

It used to stand out. Unfortunately it now does not at all for me.

VIP is not worth it, bonuses were good that is until I was in profit. After that My monthly and weekly bonuses were very low, Never got loss back after losing about 10 deposits. I asked the VIP hosts for lossback they said no because I was in profit, that withdrawal was a month ago. So they are keep denying me lossback until my deposits are lost and my account is at loss, other casinos only count a months profit/loss and then it resets. I guess right here they dont. So since my account went into profit, the vip treatment has been bad, no lossback, extremely low monthly, weekly bonuses, and not to mention VIP hosts have denied giving me a host bonus despite being active. They just dont reply or leave me on seen but my guess is the same as the lossback issue. They wont issue any until I keep depositing and my account is no longer in profit. So all the bonuses they got are essentially bs, you will only get good bonuses if you're losing badly essentially making all the "bonuses" they offer different forms of Lossback, not really bonuses for active players. I tried talking to support they said they cant do nothing if the hosts dont want to issue any host bonuses lossback depiste explaining to them I never once recieved a host bonus or loss back. THat is really bad for you in bonuses if you ask me, so if you're at profit forget about receiving any loss back until you lose enough to catch up with your last withdrawal. Same with host bonus, you will get monthly and weekly bonuses but they will be giving you miserable amounts, .50 cents worth of their weekly "FREE" spins wich comes out to about 2 free .20 cent spins, so forget about the weekly free spins, you're in profit you will get close to nothing. Stick to other casinos that are steady with bonuses no matter if you're up or down. Yeah other casinos give smaller weekly, monthly bonuses if you're at a profit but not that much different from when you're at loss. Here at winna they're going to be extra extra nerfed.
