Stupidly brought a one off $10 ticket…
Stupidly brought a one off $10 ticket for their give away. Only to find 6 months later they have removed $120 from my account, for a subscription i didnt even know about. There was no clear indication or offer to join up for subscription. Its extremely deceptive and fraudulent. And even when to contacted to cease, several times. They wldnt even make contact. They are as dodgy as it gets, it designed to be extremely deceptive and get their hooks into yr acc, basically without yr knowledge. Pack of thieves, and consumer watchdog has had full report as general consumers need to be protected from their thieving antics. Steer clear of this company

They are absolute scumbags. They are nothing more than a sophisticated SCAM! You sign up to their app, select a membership and then make it IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP!!! There is no way to stop payments coming off your cards unless you cancel them with your bank!! This surely is illegal? You cannot make it impossible to cancel a membership, it should be against consumer laws??! I’ve started reporting them to ACCC!
If you look at their social media posts, they’ve removed all the bad reviews which tells you everything you need to know. But I am determined to expose these germs!!
